DIPSAR was founded in 1964 as the Department of Pharmacy at Kashmiri Gate Polytechnic. It was promoted from the College of Pharmacy to the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) through a gazette notice in July 2004, under the Department of Training and Technical Education, GNCT of Delhi, and is currently associated with the University of Delhi. Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is currently a constituent institution of the DPSR University, following the formation of the First Pharmacy University of India. DIPSAR offers various courses in Pharmacy such as B.Pharm, B.Pharm (Lateral), D.Pharma, and M.Pharm programs. Admission to these courses is either based on the candidate’s academic record or entrance exam scores.

DIPSAR New Delhi placement includes job offers from renowned companies such as Sun Pharma, Quintiles, Lilly, ZS Pharma, Novartis Pharmaceutics, INC Pharma, Abbott, WNS, Cipla, Apex Labs, Uni Chem India Pvt Ltd, SBL Herbal, Gracure Pvt Ltd and many more. As stated in the NIRF report 2022, a total of 125 out of 288 students were hired at DPSRU placement in 2021. DIPSAR Admission 2023

To enroll, applicants must go to the DPSRU's official web page. They must then register online after paying a deposit of 1,000 INR. With a single-window admission system, registrations will only be accepted online. A common form will be used for D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and BPT courses, as well as a common form for other postgraduate courses.

Ques. Is DIPSAR admission based on merit?
