What I Liked

Hostels are situated in between the old campus
Faculties are the best in any college Madhya Pradesh

What I didn’t like

Some places need to be fixed in college campus
The patients attender needs to behave good in hospital with doctors and staff

Placement Experience:

After 4.5 year of academics MBBS course You have to do internship of 1 year in the same hospital and after qualifying in another competitive neet PG exam You will get branches for PGS according to your merit and you get a good stipend per manth

Remarks:

The very first factor which made me to choose this college gajra Raja medical college is that the college is the first medical college in Madhya Pradesh that is made it has very good interest structure in academics it has regular test and the admission is on the basis of merit in the NEET UG exam this college require good merit

GRMC, one of the best medical college in India

What I Liked

I like everything about my college infrastructure, faculty, campus life, everything
Faculties is highly educated. Campus is also very clean and green.

What I didn’t like

One thing that I don’t like about my college is there is There is more studies and less focus on extra collicular activities
Education is provided with best facility, but also should focus on extra curricular activity

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement scope because you are studying from a highly reputed government College, so you can be placed in any good government hospital or private hospital and there is great scope for further education that is postgraduate and super speciality.

Remarks:

in entry in the college is based on the cut-off criteria. So if you score good marks, you can get in this college easily. also cut off at my time was around 600 marks for the general category and 580 marks for the OBC category 500 marks for the SC category and 450 marks for the ST category. Now it will be wary around 40 to 50 marks.

Better than you think

What I Liked

Colleges new building and new hospital so structure is good faculty are highly educated doctors campuses big college life is okay okay
Hospital is new so when we go to hospital for internship or postings we don't have any problem of any type

What I didn’t like

A a old hostel and hospital building is there which is of no use but they are there so I want that something else will build on those two buildings
About faculties some are good Same are okay but in clinical subjects we have best teachers as they show practical of everything

Placement Experience:

The college have its on hospital so after 4 year of MBBS we have to do 1 year of internship in our own hospital we get around 13 to 15 thousand per month after that we can apply for junior resident or any other posting in our hometown we can get round 6 to 8 lakh per annum job after MBBS and if we do PG it would be tell to 20 lacs

What I Liked

It is an old college(1946) leading to beautiful buildings.

Placement Experience:

Generally after completing final year you get the title of doctor but you are required to complete 1 year as intern in our hospitals to completely get the degree. Stipend is about 13000 rupees monthly in year 2024 . You also need complete rural bon i.e. service as a doctor rural areas of Madhya Pradesh according to your bond.

Remarks:

Admission process- Through NEET(national eligibility cum entrance test) If admission through all india quota = 7000-8500 rank for general 8000-11000 obc/ews 40000-50000 sc/st Through state quota= General 17000-18000 Obc/ews 20000-22000 Sc/st 60000-70000

What I Liked

Faculties what I like most about my college
And infrastructure of my college is better than other medical colleges

What I didn’t like

Hospital and classes aare far apart from each it takes time to go from one to another
College campus lacks some good thing that should be added

Placement Experience:

If you are pursuing mbbs course in India. do not worry about placements because as in time of corona doctors become less so government providing more and more opportunities for mbbs student to become govt doctors

Remarks:

Yes the only exam to go in this college and to take this course is NEET UG that helps every year in INDIA . Marks to get this college can vary each year but approx rank for each categories fluctuate a little Some ranks data For OBC 22000 AIR SC 110000 AIR ST. 23000 AIR GEN 18000. AIR these are for state counselling data but national counselling ranks lies in this level with little some thousands difference

What I Liked

Faculties are too good here - EXPERIENCE + KNOWLEDGE + TEACHING SKILLS 10/10
INFRASTRUCTURE- 1000 Bed new hospital and marvelous patients count

What I didn’t like

Work load of every medical college is high as compare to other degree colleges but yeah worth it
University exams are tough but if you know how to explain your knowledge with points and diagrams you'll be fine

Placement Experience:

You've to complete your graduation and rotatory internship then you have to work in any rural area as Medical Officer but if you clear your PG exam then you've to work as a PG in that respective college for 3 years

Remarks:

NTA conduct an exam called NEET-UG, through that we get selected in the Medical college, I'm in this college because I got my seat here in second round of counselling. Good Aspect- Fabulous and Esteemed proff. Doctors and consultants High patient count in hospital One of the oldest Medical college of Central India

Good experience

What I Liked

Campus location and beauty of the campus
Hostel life and qualitie of education and hospital management

What I didn’t like

That at some point politics in the manegement
And some time patients not understand the problem of the doctors

Placement Experience:

After you complete your MBBS during compulsory internship you get stifund of around 13500 and then you have to complete a one year rural service bond in government hospital there you get around 60000? after mbbs you definitely earn more then 60000 average monthly income

Remarks:

If you want to take a addmission in my college or any other Medical college first you have to clear national elegibility cum intrence test NEET then through the mp counciling process you get addmission in any medical College.

What I Liked

Infrastructure of the college Good Exposure of different clinical cases
Highly professional faculty in hospital

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course to become doctor. Faculty is highly educated (mostly doctors). Teaching methods in mbbs is theoretical and mostly practical. Proff is done by mpmsu jabalpur timely. It is govt college so it is not that expensive

Remarks:

GRMC is one of the oldest college of Madhya Pradesh. Largest campus in Madhya Pradesh. Fourth best college of Madhya Pradesh. Admission is based on neet score. All India and state counseling. Cutoff is nearly 590-620 neet score

What I Liked

good campus with good hostel and minimal fee

Course Curriculum Overview:

Wanted to be a doctor since teen that’s why chose this course faculty is highly trained they are also qualified doctors and they teach very very good we don’t have semester system.its yearly exam system no hike in fees

Remarks:

This college is the oldest government medical college of madhya pradesh and the most beautiful one too the cut off goes high as it is one of the most prestigious college of madhya pradesh you have to prepare for neet and then if you qualify neet you can get admitted at grmc

Grmc medical College

What I Liked

Hostels are good there. The food quality and other facilities are also nice.
Faculty is highly qualified and educated .

What I didn’t like

Extracurricular activities are not so much supported there . If you are interested then you have to do efforts for yourself.
The salary of internship is a bit low than the workload

Placement Experience:

Mbbs is a 5-year course and placement and job opportunities depend on how well you studied throug the course. After the degree, you can go for further studies which include becoming a specialist in any field.

Remarks:

Yes, I took the NEET exam for selection in mbbs course. I preferred this college because this is a very old college which is a good thing because it has a high OPD number, a good patient number which is good for practicing, overall this college accomplishes all the requirements of a good medical College
