The MBBS course is a 5.5 yr course including 1 year of paid internship. The course curriculum is according to the strict guideline of NMC. The teaching staaf is well qualified with a lot of years of experience which maintains the acedemic legacy of Gmc srinagar. The college is affiliated to Kashmir university (KU) which examines us throughout our course. The exam pattern is like we have 2 terminal exams,1 send-ups exams,1 university exam in a year .The exam difficulty level varies from moderate to difficult.
The eligibility criteria is you have to complete the course with 1 yr of internship.The placement is based on the medical networks. As such there is no proper placement programms in MBBS as most of the students go for thier higher studies i e specialty training
Read Full ReviewI have intrest in this course and this is newly introduced course only in two colleges in Jammu and Kashmir it is related to brain and iam interested in this course The teaching staff is good you got opportunity to give posting in hospital wards and labs also from 2nd year which help you alot Exam is scheduled to held in November
You can go in different feild of medical according to your course Job availability is good there is chances to get government job There is high chances you can easily get private jobs in hospital and you can set your personal labs around 30% student get placed in hospital as there are alot of seats pending
