The MBBS course is a 5.5 yr course including 1 year of paid internship. The course curriculum is according to the strict guideline of NMC. The teaching staaf is well qualified with a lot of years of experience which maintains the acedemic legacy of Gmc srinagar. The college is affiliated to Kashmir university (KU) which examines us throughout our course. The exam pattern is like we have 2 terminal exams,1 send-ups exams,1 university exam in a year .The exam difficulty level varies from moderate to difficult.
The eligibility criteria is you have to complete the course with 1 yr of internship. The placement is based on the medical networks. As such there is no proper placement programms in MBBS as most of the students go for thier higher studies i e specialty training
