Faculties are good, internal assessments are held every week making it easier to attend the University exams held by the end of the year. Mbbs is not as tough as NEET UG. 3rd year is said to be the golden period of mbbs and students should know to make use of it wisely and have as much fun as possible as final year and internship will drain you.

The course overall is a professional course. Those who sincerely want to pursue the course are more welcomed to take part a it requires very sincere efforts. The faculty are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accessible. The teaching method in the classroom is with the PowerPoint presentations. And as for the students it's upto to them to take notes and follow. They are not very strict inside the classrooms. The students cane use their mobile or do their own work. It is purely on the student's side to catch up with the study schedule. The exams include internal assessment (IA) and summatives. The internal assessment are held once a week on Saturday with a part of the portions that are taught recently. While the summative is held twice a year and include half the total portions.

The reason for choosing this course is this is my childhood dream. And the faculties working here are well knowledgeable. They are qualified doctors. Some faculties are completed their PhD and have done many researchers in their respective fields. Method of teachings are both digital class and chalk board class. There is a availability of projector, computers and all. Coming to the exams ,for every week there will be Internal assessment.The marks are displayed on the department board. This helps us to improve our performance in every subject

The faculties in the college are worth mentioning for their efforts in inculcating interests and curiosity in their young minds But like in every other institution, there are odds here also. Regular weekly assessment tests help us to prepare better and be ready for the competitive world Awaiting us . The great importance given for the clinical posting rotations is worth a mention. There is a fee hike of approximately rs 10-rs 25,000 every year in the name of hostel fees. There are many scholarship schemes put forward by the Tamil Nadu government which run successfully in our college too for the Tamil Nadu natives.
