About placements I have no information . I thought of doing masters after doing bachelors degree. It's good to have more education and knowledge before you start working . Our seniors did get jobs after internship in banglore

Internships Opportunities:

After 3rd year ,we have 6 months internship in KMC Manipal and rest 6months is our choice. In the first 6 months they include Manipal,karkala and manglore hospitals We will have postings and work according to hospital rules

MSc Medical radiation physics in Manipal College of Health Profession

What I Liked

The college and MAHE library has a wonderful infrastructure
Students will get good clinical exposure in Kasturba medical hospital

What I didn’t like

The faculty will only give a general instruction. As a Master's student we need to gain knowledge and study ourselves
Actually there is nothing I dislike about the college infrastructure since they provide almost everything for a student to study and succeed in their career

Placement Experience:

After completing the MSc Medical Radiation Physics, there is a compulsory 1 yr intermship After that they'll become Qualified medical physicist (QMP) and after that students are eligible to write the RSO level 3 exam ( radiation safety officer)

Internships Opportunities:

After completing the MSc Medical Radiatio, there is a compulsory 1-year internship. The college will provide internship opportunities, and also one can choose other institutions according to their wish

What I Liked

i like the quality of education, the campus.
i also like the peace around here. good people to talk to, good food, hygienic.

What I didn’t like

i don’t like that sometimes the days can be hectic and long. schedule can be packed sometimes
i also don’t like that the heat in the place is really bad and non ac hostels are not equipped to combat it

Placement Experience:

there’s no placements offered. however the college helps in giving recommendation letters and also helps find different opportunities to find jobs. it’s easy to connect with alumni and create networks around the college.

Internships Opportunities:

i tried for an internship in a hospital in saudi arabia and one in bangalore. it’s an unpaid internship. it was a great experience, i learned so many things. the staffs were genuine and willing to teach and i hope to get more such experience
