Review on SNMMCH DHANBAD

What I Liked

The college has a gym 🏋️‍♀️. Which is quite nice and the auditorium is under renovation, and is really beautiful .
The central Library here alongwith The reding room which exactly provides the ambience needed for studies .

What I didn’t like

There's no playground for girls . There's not much sports facilities here and neither opportunities. The hostel does not provide wi fi .
There are no clubs , not much of the events are organized. The events organized in sports and clubs happens only once in a year that is during the fest .
The hostel doesn't provide free wi fi which I think should be provided in every college for studying.

Placement Experience:

There's no placement. However, the internship begins in the final year itself and is a part of the course. The internship happens in the 5th year itself and after the completion, you get the degree of a doctor. The stipend for an intern in my college is 17500/- and after completing MBBS, you may either opt for NEET PG or stay as a JR ( Junior Resident ). The estimated salary of a JR here is 50000/-.

Internships Opportunities:

I haven't opted for any internship because I am still a first-year student and yeah the college provides in the township in All the departments of the hospital for 3 months regularly rounding off to another department.

Pmch Dhanbad all you need to know

What I Liked

Clinical exposure is too good. Infrastructure is also good.
Faculties are highly qualified and always ready to help.

What I didn’t like

There are too many exams conducted. Almost every month you have to give exams.
Mess quality can be enhanced. There is no PG seats.

Placement Experience:

After completion of a year internship, there are many options you can go for NEET PG or USMLE… some join as Junior residents in the hospital and at the same time prepare for NEET PG. Almost all students who seek jobs after completing MBBS are placed within a month. You can also apply for Medical Officer.

Internships Opportunities:

At present, I’m in 3rd year part 1. The internship is required only after completing the 3rd Proff part 2. A year internship is a must for every student. 17500 per month stipend is given by the Jharkhand government.
