Course syllabus is quite simple and tough to study. The concepts are arranged in a proper and sequence manner. Faculties are very supportive and helping hands to us. We have a teacher and course reviewing system in etlabs.

Chose this course because it was MECHANICAL ENGINEERING! the course is great, and the faculties are sincere, have proper knowledge and is willing to help and the teaching methods are dissimilar for each teachers, but the similarity is that all their ways are working

The Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a very promising course as our society is leading towards a future that is completely based on electrical devices. The curriculum used here is provided by KTU. A course is consist of 8 semesters with an exam after every semester. The faculties are very friendly and supportive

I chose computer science as I was passionate about it. This subject was of main interest. The teachers are highly qualified with PhDs from IITs nits and other well-known institutes. Teaching quality is great with few exceptions. But Teaching was not practical but rather more theoretical. Exams were conducted on time and difficulty was moderate.

Civil Engineering is one of the best branches of Engineering with a vast job opportunity in public and private organizations. As far as we could start a new startup construction company. Among Faculties, most of them are PhD graduates with a lot of experience who could mentor the students in the right way. There are 8 semesters in 4 years. Exams are conducted by KTU. The pass percentage in our college is around 78 per cent and It has 4 th ranking in API KTU in 2024. The cost is very low since it is a government college around 10k per year. There are Several Scholarships provided such as Egrantz etc which give financial assistance to the students.

As I said, I was interested in studying EEE, and that's why I chose this as my stream. and of course, it was an interesting course. It's a little tough and needs to work hard. The faculties of our department are highly qualified from reputed institutions. some of them also have practical knowledge due to their past work experiences as sub engineer and all. So they also give us an idea about the job sectors and industrial works. the faculties always support us in all our activities and they also guide us in seminars and projects. There are two internal exams which are conducted in 2 months gap with the first exam covering 50% of portions and the rest in the next exam. The exam questions were similar to the ones they put in the end-semester exam. so it was very helpful. I didn't have any scholarship because I was in the general category and also due to annual income contraints. but there are various scholarships available like e-grants, pragathi, etc.

GCE Kannur has enough permanent government faculties. All Faculties are highly qualified and have PHD in their respective field. There are 2 term exams in each semester which can be easily tackled. As the college is government, fees are very low and affordable.

Our faculties are really experienced in their respective field and most of them have Phd in their subjects. All teachers are government teachers and few guest lecturers. As the college is government the fees reasonable and I could afford it. I didn't not apply for any scholarship.
