KCCITM Admission Dates 2026

KCCITM follows two admission systems for 2026-27. B.Tech and MBA seats are handled through UPTAC and direct admission routes under AKTU, while BBA, BCA, B.Com, law and media courses use GGSIP University counselling based on CUET-UG and CLAT scores.

KCCITM Courses and Fees

KCCITM offers engineering, management, commerce, law and media courses through KCC ITM and KCC ILHE. The fee details below are given per semester. B.Tech has 8 semesters, while MBA and M.Tech have 4 semesters each.

B.Tech specialisations include CSE, CSE-AI and ML, Artificial Intelligence, AI and ML, Data Science, IT, IoT, ECE, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The institute also offers B.Tech in Computer Science fully in Hindi medium. Since all B.Tech branches have the same INR 60,000 per semester fee, students can compare branches without a fee difference.

KCCITM Admission Process

Admission at KCCITM depends on the course and affiliating university. AKTU courses include B.Tech, MBA and M.Tech, while GGSIP University courses include BBA, BCA, B.Com, BAJMC and law programmes.

1. Choose the course and check whether it comes under AKTU or GGSIP University.
2. Appear for the accepted exam, such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, GATE, CUET-UG or CLAT, as required for the programme.
3. Register for the relevant counselling route or apply directly to KCCITM where direct admission is allowed.
4. Complete choice filling, document verification and seat confirmation after allotment or selection.
5. Pay the applicable fee and finish the admission formalities.

B.Tech Admission

B.Tech seats at KCCITM are divided into state quota and management quota. The state quota covers 85% of seats through UPTAC, while 15% of seats are filled directly through the management quota. Students need 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics and at least 45%; Chemistry is optional. B.Tech selection does not include GD or PI.

• For state quota seats, register at uptac.admissions.nic.in with the JEE Main 2026 application number.
• Select KCCITM with UPTAC Code 492 during choice filling and choose the preferred branch.
• Lock the choices and complete document verification after allotment.
• For management quota, apply at admissions.kccitm.edu.in with the Class 12 marksheet and JEE Main scorecard.

Diploma holders with 60% or above can apply for lateral entry to the second year of B.Tech through UPTAC. In past years, the general-category closing merit for CSE at KCCITM has usually fallen in the JEE Main Percentile 55 to 75 band, so the course is reachable for a wider applicant group than many highly competitive Greater Noida colleges.

MBA Admission

The MBA programme is affiliated to AKTU and lasts 2 years. Applicants need graduation in any stream with 50%, or 45% for SC and ST candidates. CAT, MAT and XAT scores are accepted. Students with 2 or more years of work experience get a 10% extra fee waiver per semester. Final selection includes a personal interview.

M.Tech Admission

M.Tech is offered in CSE, ECE and Mechanical Engineering. Applicants must have a B.Tech degree in the relevant branch with 60% or above, while SC and ST candidates need 45%. GATE scoreholders get preference, and vacant seats are filled using qualifying exam marks. Applications are handled directly by KCCITM.

BBA, BCA, B.Com and Law Admission (GGSIP University)

KCC ILHE admits students to BBA, BCA, B.Com Hons and BAJMC through CUET-UG 2026 and GGSIP University centralised counselling. Students must have 10+2 with 50% in any stream, and English must be one of the Class 12 subjects. BA LLB and BBA LLB (Hons.) require a CLAT 2026 score and 10+2 with 50%. Girl students receive a 5% extra fee waiver across all GGSIP-affiliated programmes.

KCCITM Placements

The Career and Recruitment Cell at KCCITM manages placement activities for all courses. Students from B.Tech, MBA and M.Tech take part in campus drives and career fairs connected with the Delhi NCR corporate network.

IT and software companies visiting the campus include TCS, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant and Capgemini. In banking and finance, recruiters include HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. The campus has also hosted Mahindra and Mahindra, Ashok Leyland and Hindustan Zinc from manufacturing and allied sectors. Amazon and other technology platform companies have also recruited from KCCITM.

KCCITM Scholarships

KCCITM provides merit-based scholarships for B.Tech and MBA students. It also offers government, sports and defence category scholarships. These benefits apply to the semester fee during admission and can be renewed according to academic performance.

A student can use only one scholarship in a semester. B.Tech merit awards are for the first semester unless KCCITM renews them. MBA scholarships based on entrance scores and work experience are checked during the PI and admission confirmation stage.

KCCITM Campus and Infrastructure

KCC Institute of Technology and Management is based in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida, a major education hub with several AKTU-affiliated colleges nearby. The 40-acre campus houses both KCC ITM and KCC ILHE programmes.

The campus has air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, engineering labs for different B.Tech branches, a central library, sports facilities and a placement preparation centre. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls, with space for 600+ students. Hostel fees range from INR 90,000 to INR 1,65,000 per year, based on room type and occupancy.

The Greater Noida location connects students to the Delhi-Noida-Agra expressway belt. It also gives access to Pari Chowk metro, Noida Sector 62 corporate offices and the GNIDA industrial zone.

KCCITM vs GL Bajaj vs ITS College of Engineering

Students looking at KCCITM often compare it with GL Bajaj Group of Institutions and ITS College of Engineering. All three are private engineering colleges in the Greater Noida region and serve a similar applicant group under AKTU.

KCCITM stands out because it has dual affiliation: AKTU for engineering and GGSIP University for commerce and law. In Delhi NCR placements, GGSIP-affiliated commerce programmes are generally valued more than AKTU-affiliated commerce programmes. GL Bajaj has a stronger engineering-first image and has historically reported higher average placements in engineering branches. ITS Engineering is an older AKTU college with established recruiter links. KCCITM's main price advantage is its INR 60,000 per semester fee across all B.Tech specialisations.
