My life at MCET Thrissur

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel fees cost 4500 rs per month. Rooms are good but bathrooms are not that clean. Food is not satisfactory. Overall it's OK cuz never had any issue about ragging and bullying in the hostel. PG's are available in nearby college and goes under reasonable prices but not furnished.

Campus Life:

Fests are according to the time availability and the interests of the management and the union. Availability of books in the library is ok but there are some books which are not available there. Sports usually come in the even semesters. There were three clubs in college but due to the overflow of students in one club we formed a new group system of 4 groups with equal number of students from all year.

What I Liked

Friendly faculties and affordable fee structure
It as good natural beauty and large playground

What I didn’t like

The teaching quality of faculties and syllabus completion
The infrastructure of buildings and the lab facilities are very bad

Hostel Facilities:

I am not an hosteler but the my friend he is an told that the day scholars and hosteler have different foods in canteen and the outside foods are not allowed in the hostel or mess . Asking a leave for day is very difficult and they don't allow to take the leave even the student is not well the warden is very bad behaviour toward students

Campus Life:

The college as iedc club for the innovative Idea generation and execution. The nss club offers an social and environmental engagement of students. The total infrastructure is very low need to improve for better

Campus Life:

The life campus is very boring. They are conducted tech fest name malabar tech fest first in 2023 November. The library is good medium availability of books are available. The social groups like nss, rottract clubs are available. Sports and arts is very interesting and students are well in sports activities
