A journey to Poornima institute

Placement Experience:

The placement of Poornima is good but for 2024 it was tough time as the recession was going on so there was less companies visited the campus but for previous batch it was good. The highest package was around 29 lakh.

Internships Opportunities:

I have taken the internship from off campus as there were no companies visited for internships. We only make projects to showcase in the college as most of the students don't get the internship opportunities.

A overview of PIET.

What I Liked

The thing is if you want to conplete your degree in budget with a known university.
The affiliation Rajasthan Technical University.

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure of campus should be more extended.
Campus is less spacious overall according to college strength.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for all companies are diffrent and the average placement of our college is not so good at all. It lies around 3-4 LPA . Giving placmenets in most of local comapnies from Jaipur.

Internships Opportunities:

Intetnship opportunities are mostly available off campus and college also offer few of intetnship like research based internships and unpaid intetnship . The roles offered are most of like to a fresher engineer.

What I Liked

Which I like most in my college is just the people around me is genuine and humble and campus is great too.
The faculty is too helpful and ready to support in studies and other activities

What I didn’t like

As I don't have dislike but such a boring uniform
And mandatoriness of your present in your classroom

Placement Experience:

They have lots of placements and job opportunities in campus my companies approach to the campus. At my time as I remember a girl placed with 56 lakh per annum in Flipkart. Other companies such as Infosys, Pinnacle, Airtel, Amazon, Chayos etc. Around 1000 companies run placement drive in campus

Internships Opportunities:

I opted the intership but it doesn't available by my college but college also available interships for such students whose interested in it. Many internship provided with good stipend and vast knowledge.

What I Liked

College fests is very nice you'll find everything in there and also very good guests will come
Hackathon opportunity in fest it is the best experience you can get

What I didn’t like

Hostel food is very bad means its the worst out there
Placement I svery bad they don't invite any decent company's you'll suffer a alot

Placement Experience:

They don't provide shit they are very arrogant and not helpful at all our whole batch is suffering from unemployment and we have buy courses for get a job Even after completing our degree they don't listen to student and they are very arrogant and barbarians

Internships Opportunities:

Yes I did a intership in my second year only with the help of family and friends college play no role this is the worst thing about this college they don't provide any guidance and kind of help you'll have to help yourself

Poornima Institute review

What I Liked

The first thing I like the most about my college is its discipline and how the faculty maintains their students.
Second thing is its exam pattern as they take two mid-term exam in one semester they provide questions more tough than the end-term exam so that the student focuses on the mid-term exam as well.

What I didn’t like

I didn't dislike a single thing about my college so far.
I didn't dislike a single thing about my college other than lack of playground during my time but it was also provided during my 3rd yaer.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placement and job opportunity differs according to the company requirement . Among regular recruiter are the celebal technology, In time tec the recruite above 50 and 8 students respectively and many more regular recruiter also come by.

Internships Opportunities:

It is compulsory to do an internship during the semester break of 2nd and third year so i got internship opportunity outside with a stipend of 10000 in 2nd year and 20000 in third year . The company names were solar secure solution and celebal technology

All about my college

What I Liked

College infrastructure - It's almost 3 campus of Poornima. And all three buildings are well maintained with all types of service..
Faculty - maximum of the faculty is well educated and they have eager to teach the students.

What I didn’t like

Campus life - if you are choosing for B tech then you do not have much time to enjoy campus life due to Assignments, projects pressure.
Class timings l- they call you fir class at 8 Am and till 4 pm classes will held that i really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In campus placement drive happened for final year students and also for 3rd year students they provide internship opportunity. This year 44 lpa is highest package offered by Amazon and 3-5 lpa is on an average package offered.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, i opted for internship through campus drive only. I got selected as a intern in Persistent system and the role is software developer. Basically they they provide an Idea about the software development how the things works and also they thought all the necessary subjects which are required in software development.

What I Liked

The thing i like about is the support from their faculty members. The campus is overall good with good exposure to the outside world
The campus life in the college is good. It provides you good facilities.

What I didn’t like

The thing i dislike about college is the academic structure.
The canteen is also not good in the college. There are very less items in the college canteen

Placement Experience:

The placement and internship opportunities provided are good. The companies start coming to college in the seventh semester for placement and much support is not provided from college for internship. For internship you have to search companies at your own.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, i applied for internship but it was not with the help of college. It was on my own. I applied through online platforms. It was based on web development. It was a paid internship with stipend of 7000 per month

What I Liked

Fests are very good and energetic with good vibes
Faculty are very good and experienced and skilled

What I didn’t like

Campus is very small even school are bigger than it
Work load is too much students are forced to do it

Placement Experience:

Placement are good there should be a good cgpa for placements and a person should be pass in exams there are many companies which come to placement like Tcs, Infosys, Accenture, and many more highest in campus placement is 11 LPA and average is 4 LPA around 65 % students got placement i also sit in in campus placement for job

Internships Opportunities:

Yes I do my summer internship which is compalsary to everyone after a year it is of 15 days there is a campus assistance for internship also and there are communities which helps to grab opportunities for internship

My college experience

What I Liked

I like the teaching facilities there teachers are very skilled and qualified
I like there fests and events they are full of energy and good vibes

What I didn’t like

The campus is very small there are school in jaipur which are bigger than this campus
Very much workload is there students are forced to do assignment lab record lecture notes and they are checked as well and if not completed marks will also deducted and all of this affect studies and mental health of students
