Read Full ReviewPlacement percentage is high in comparison to other engineering colleges. Eligibility criteria is just to have no back-papers. Amongst the recruiting companies are Bosch, TCS, Apollo tyres, STEAG, etc. the average packages are ?30,000/month. My plan after the course is to go for higher studies.
We are allowed to go for internships during our semester breaks as long as the companies are related to the course we are doing. The college offers multiple opportunities for internships, including a collaboration with STEAG. I have done one at FACT, Kochi.
Read Full ReviewPlacements are great in the college however there is a talk that it is becoming very poor. There is a talk of decline in placements due to inflammation and the online boom. Onset of artificial intelligence has also become a threat to placements.
No not yet. I havent gon for any internships yet . I am planning to go in the next summer break or semester break. I hope to get into a good company as a business analyst. If the company finds im suited id like to have it permanently.
Read Full ReviewThe placements are just ok or better in numbers. Most of the companies are of the middle range or low range. Most of the companies are from IT field or purely computer streams. There are no placements coming for electrical or electronics or mechanical branches. The percentage of students getting placements might be higher when compare to other colleges, but all those placements are just numbers. After the placements, many company have withdrawn their offers. And during our Academic year, there are many rules for placements such as we could only attend interview from one company and if we get into any company, we can’t further attend any other interviews or placements coming, so I don’t think it’s so great.
No, there are no internship opportunities available from College. The maximum we get is internship periods if we get placed from College during the last semester Other than that, we would have to find our own internships at any companies outside and do and completed at any of the sem breaks provided by the college.
