Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai is a Government-aided autonomous institution established in 1962. The college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. It is accredited by the NBA and NAAC with a B grade and is approved by the AICTE. The college offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and a lateral entry to the B.Tech program.

SPCE Mumbai offers B.Tech as its flagship program. The SPCE Mumbai fee structure for B.Tech for the academic year 2024 amounts to INR 3.39 lakhs. To be eligible for admission, the candidate must have passed 10+2 in the PCM stream with 50% marks (5% relaxation marks for reserved category candidates) from a recognized board. The selection criteria for admission is based on the valid scores obtained in the GATE examination.

SPCE Mumbai Placement data for the academic year 2024 is yet to be released. However, the placement data fro the academic year 2023 received the highest package of INR 27 LPA.
