I got internship at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. In the credit department and my role was credit underwriting. The same companies that comes for final also comes for internship. The college provides good internship opportunities.

The major recruiters in the Summer Internships are Pernord Richard, Marico, Reckitt Benckiser, Nivea, Brittania, BNY Mellon, Microsoft, ABFRL, 4700 BC, Gartner, Mccain, GSK, and Deloitte amongst others In internship majorly it is sales and marketing roles, digital marketing, financial analyst, IT sales, E-commerce etc. The average stipend of IMT is around 104000 per month with median at around 90000 per month Due to its close proximity to NCR region a lot of good companies visit the campus The SIP process during this year has been a bit slow and companies are coming a bit less but still it has decent amount of company and roles Close to 95% of the batch is placed during summers Summer Internship is of 2 months from April till May end, some might extend to June and the projects are mostly live ones and related to B2C sales, market analysis and Finance

I was placed by the college itself for my summer internship placements at Hygienic research institute private limited , the parent company of brands like Vasmol , streax retail, streax professional and florozone. My stipend was 80000 for 2 months and i worked for the prominent hair care brand STREAX . Other internship opportunities are offered by prominent companies like wipro , marico , wiprotech , amazon , deloitte , etc with higher packages .

I opted for an internship in a financial services company. Most internships will be in Delhi NCR. Internship assistance is provided by the college. And for our batch, all of us had received internships. Marketing companies are abundant.

This year placements were not good. Everyone is not placed. Also placement committee is very strict and there are numerous norms ( not legal rules just norms ) . Campus placement is available and a dedicated campus placement team is present that consists of clerks and students. There is minimum grade requirement to sit for placements. FMCG companies visit ( marico , Wipro CCL , Bajaj consumer care ) . IT companies also visit ( cognizant, Genpact , Infosys consulting) . Finance placements are also good. Adani also comes. Many small companies come but they pay decent. Mostly 100 percent people get placed. This year the number is not 100 . The college is yet to release official placement numbers. Many people have applied outside campus as well. Competition is high in campus. People try to get placed via case competitions but they are hard to crack eg. Reckitt , Air India , Wipro , Flipkart etc. Sometimes some processes are not fair.

No 100% placements and very strict rules because we can't sit in more companies once we get placed. Only Placement committee members are allowed to sit for an infinite number of companies. They are the king.
