My views on PGDM from Shanti Buisness School

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria to sit in the placement is to score more than 60 percentage in the Semester exams as the companies come with the criteria for the percentage. Apart from this eligibility is depend on the company and if Certification course and skills are there than it is a plus point and also advisable.

Internships Opportunities:

College provides internship with stipend around 10000-20000 and sometimes it is unpaid. I founded intership on my end on Mundra Port as Freight forwarder with the stipend of 15000 and my role was to handle the whole shipment from starting to ending.

Journey at SBS

What I Liked

Playing area the ground the events and the fauclty
playing are ate box cricket and everything was good

What I didn’t like

It was quite good faculty was supportive
Everything the infrasturcute and everything was good

Placement Experience:

Yes the campus do offer an placement but if you wish you can also take placement from outside and yes the pacakge is also quite good compare to other college in ahmedabad so yes the fee is worth when the placement comes in pictire

Internships Opportunities:

yes i opted the intership from the placement team and the placement team helped me to get this wonderful oppurtunity at 360 solutions were i learned quite a good things which will help me in future corporate world

SBS Ahmedabad Review in detail

What I Liked

Spacious campus with big classroom and comfortable sitting arrangements.
Digital classrooms, IT LAB, separate sections for faculties and administration.

What I didn’t like

Hostel water logging issue and because of that so many people gets sick.
Distance from college to main road is 3 KMs. No transportation facility. Only option is expensive CABs

Placement Experience:

SBS gives so much effort in the placement part. It brings a good number of companies for placement. Most job profiles are related to sales only. Some are related to banks and very less are for core domains like finance or HR.

Internships Opportunities:

I did a summer internship at a company named “Khimji Ramdas”. SBS provides companies with internships too. After the Internship, we needed to present the internship report to the respective faculty and based on the report and presentation they would grade you.
