For entering into Regional institute of education students needs to clear common entrance examination (CEE) . Students who are willing for all courses are selected through this common entrance exam. The cut off mark is 75 percentiwhich varies accordingly. The exam will be containing questions about mental ability testing and teaching related questions also with language questions. Good aspects of this college is the course where students are able to complete 3 main papers and respective BEd in just 4 years. When we talk about the bad aspect conceptual knowledge of student is minimal compare to othe tier 1 colleges. Admission process is through RIE CEE entrance examination, no any GD/PI conducted. The only bad aspect of this college is that they have a very limited number of seats available and so many people appear to write for this exam. It is very hard to get a seat. If you didn't clear, you'll be in waiting list.
