Candidates have to attempt 100 questions, in 90 minutes. Candidates who have appeared for the above-mentioned exams are exempted from giving IUET. Besides BTech, the college offers MBA, BCA, BBA, MBBS, BPharm, BDes, MTech, MArch, MPharm, MDes, and many more.

Integral University, Lucknow, awards scholarships based on merit and other categories. A 25% Tuition Fee Waiver is granted to students from North-East and J&K, siblings of enrolled students, alumni, siblings of alumni, students recognised by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (Domicile of UP), and to applicants from villages adopted by Integral University, Lucknow. Similarly, 50% Tuition Fee is waived for orphans, and persons with disabilities. Scholarships are awarded to meritorious students. 100% Tuition Fee Waiver is granted to students scoring more than 90% marks, 50% to those who score 85%, and 25% to those who have scored 80% marks.

In 2024, Integral University Lucknow Placements witnessed 225+ organisations on-campus. 90% placements and progressions were achieved. Flipkart offered the highest CTC of INR 26LPA. Text Mercato (Rubik) offered the lowest at INR 9LPA. Reputed organisations offered 1200+ jobs. They include the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force, as well as Cognizant, CapGemini, Wipro, Deloitte, Godrej, HCL, Amazon, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Accenture, Nestle, and Britannia.
