B.Tech (Lateral)	Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science Diploma or B. Sc degree with at least 45% marks + valid JEE and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology	Diploma: 45% marks in any branch of engineering and technology. Candidate should have passed a B.Sc degree with a minimum of 45% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) from UGC recognized University and passed 10+2 with mathematics as a compulsory subject. Or Students belonging to the B.Sc stream must have clear all the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First Year Engineering Programme with the second year subjects. Candidates belonging to the B.Sc stream shall be considered for admission after supernumerary seats in this category are filled by the students after the diploma stream. Or Candidate must have passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

The Alliance College of Engineering and Design offers a full-time PhD in the field of Engineering and Design. This programme is offered for a minimum duration of 3 years. The institute shortlists the candidates based on their performance in ARAT (Alliance Research Aptitude Test). Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to PhD in any specialization, including Computer Science & Engineering, the candidate should have a completed M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. (Engineering) / M.S. (Engineering) by Research degree.
• For admission to PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, candidates having M.E. / M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering are also eligible.
• For PhD in Computer Science, the qualifying degree shall be any Master’s degree in STEM.
