CBS Kolkata is inviting applications for its two-year undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the academic session 2023-25. It offers admission to PGDM, BBA, and Executive PGDM courses along with certification courses. CBS Kolkata admission is done online through the institute’s official portal.

PGDM Admission is done on the basis of scores secured in entrance examinations like CAT / MAT/ XAT / CMAT / ATMA/ GMAT and JEMAT score followed by group discussion and personal interview. The final selection is based on the score of the entrance examination, work experience, performance in the previous qualifying degree, GD, and personal interview.
To be eligible for admission to PGDM programs, Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks at the undergraduate level in the relevant stream to be eligible to apply.
Admission to the BBA course at CSB Kolkata is based on merit. Candidates are selected based on their performance in the last qualifying examination
For admission to PGDM for Executives, 3 years of work experience is mandatory for candidates in order to be eligible for admission.
However, to be eligible for the PG diploma for working professionals, candidates having 5 years of work experience are preferred. All candidates are required to qualify for CBSAT conducted by CBS Kolkata to get selected for GD/PI round. Selection of candidates is both merit based as well as experience-based
The final selection is based on the score of the entrance examination, work experience, performance in the previous qualifying degree, GD, personal interview and Psychometric test.

What I Liked

The faculties are great and with long time teaching career
The campus. Is. Very big and. Peaceful. And green.

What I didn’t like

The food of hostel is 8/10 although this can be changed
And the person who is comming from howrah it can be hectic for him to come everyday clg

Remarks:

Overall the college is good the campus is good. I had to appear in. Personal interview and test was there before joining in there was test it was based on rank system. Which. The college gives and. Campus is very peaceful.

CBS in a nutshell

Remarks:

At the time of admission, there was a PI session where they would ask a few questions about the student and after selection, the student would receive a formal mail invitation to join the course. There was no GD session or any kind of exam.
