Overall the college is good the campus is good. I had to appear in. Personal interview and test was there before joining in there was test it was based on rank system. Which. The college gives and. Campus is very peaceful.

No I haven't got a chance. Yet for internship but I got opportunity to get in events like hr conclaves , interprenuer skills. Conclaves, and session with tata institute of social science and many events in Kolkata

The placement and job opportunity are. Decent. I have seen seniors getting placed in. Decent companies like ITC,HDFC,BAJAJ FINANCE, CALVIN KLEIN, DECATHLON ETC they got there campus placement in this type of mncs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It is the fee in first year including admission fee and. Tution fee. And the fee structure doesn't increase and it includes 2 semester the per semester has different fee which you will get while getting in college.
Campus Life :
Fests are always on in the campus. Recently. There was SPORTS FIEST and FOOD FIEST and the recent pdgm batch orientation program was going on for one month we even got many chances. To. Get to touch in another clg. In fest like. We got opportunity to.take part in BBIT , BHAWANIPORE CLG. And many more.
Hostel Facilities :
Although I live in hostel the room is good. The environment is very peaceful and crowd free. Faar from noisy and busy city the campus is green and Clean you can avail hostel facility on the time of admission

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
