Now I'm studying in this college.ovrrall is good.faculties are very friendly and very intelligent.course is about 5 years after that we can take mds it's also will be there in this college.bds is a good opportunity.plus two and neet exam is the qualification for geybds seat.teaching is very good.they use ppt and extra additional methods.theory classes are very helpful for students.

I got admission based on marks.. Government dental college Thiruvananthapuram os nice college. It is 5 and half year course. We have to study both dental and part of mbbs subjects.. On years going, mbbs classes will reduce and start preclinical works

I chose this course because I was inspired by one of my teacher who was also a dentist. Also this college seemed to be promising to provide a good atmosphere to become an effective dentist. Highly qualified and experienced faculties lead the students in every academic aspect. They usually conduct moderate difficulty level exams.besides the short exams, we have 3 term exams and a final University examination.

I chose this course because I wanted to be a doctor and with my test score, I couldn't get into a government medical College. The faculty here is the best in their fields and highly qualified. The yearly tuition fee is 20840 Rs. Aside from that you have to buy some dental instruments and books.

Neet is the qualification exam for this course. The cut-off is now very high. Bds is a 5-course programme. The faculty members are very talented and very friendly. We have a mentor-mention system to improve our students.

In first year you will have 4 exam going subjects: Dental anatomy(includes oral histology and embryology), general anatomy(includes histology, embryology), biochemistry, and physiology. Biochemistry and physiology will be conducted as a single paper (35+35=70 marks) All the papers are of 70 marks. then 2 non-examgoing subjects: preclinical prosthodontics and Conservative dentistry. There are various scholarship options both governmental and nongovernmental. The faculty is supportive and helpful. you can approach them anytime.

I choose this course because of my urge to become a doctor. I was expecting an MBBS seat but unfortunately, I got bds seat. In the starting time, it was somewhat difficult to deal with practicals but gradually it became easy. Our faculties are well qualified and are very good at teaching. They help us to clear any doubt at any time. Our exams occur yearly. But we have an additional system in which if one failed two subjects in an exam they would lose their 6 months and become separated from tregular batch. This is more stressful during exams

I chose this course partly because I wanted to work in the medical field and partly because my NEET ranks were suitable for dental courses only. But the slightest regret I had while choosing the course has now disappeared as now I know the wide opportunities and healthy work-life of being a dentist.
