Read Full ReviewThe placements in veterinary course is purely based on your GPA. Unless you are a top student, don't expect to get a good govt job. Irrespective of your caste, economic class or what you are the placement of your job is purely based on your overall GPA that you get after completing your whole course span of 4 years. The opportunities in this field is limited as there are very limited jobs offered by the government but getting a private clinic job is very good and getting paid high in private clinic has a high chance.
The fact of choosing this course is on my will while choosing the college is totally based on the marks I get in an exam called as AP EAPCET. Getting good marks in that test and having a rank of less than 8000 is important to get into this course. The lesser the rank, the more options you get to chose. National level students can join through VCA councelling which is based on their marks and rank obtained in the NEET exam

Read Full ReviewThe placements totally depended on your GPA of the whole academic course. No kind of special interviews would be conducted to take you in, as it is a government college the whole point of getting placements depends solely on your GPA. In the course of four and half years, four years would be academics and you'll work as an intern for 6 months at least. The scope of getting a job in this field is quite mild but setting up a private clinic is more profitable and beneficial. On getting a govt jop opportunity you might get around 30k per month but a private clinic could earn around 50-60k. And it's suggested to do masters in this course to get better opportunities and offers.
I've gotten in through an exam called AP EAPCET, a state level exam where I've got a nice rank and got selected through merit. Every year the top 10000 students will have a chance to obtain seat. And if we have a very good rank, there will be an option to select the college among the list of colleges mentioned. The national level students can also join through VCA councelling based on merit based on NEET rank and marks.
Read Full ReviewPlacements are based on the overall gpa you score after the completion of your course and internship. It's a course of 4 and half years where you spend almost 6 months for internship and 4 years of college life. The placements are totally based on your GPA. And there is a long list of students waiting for the placements since long time as there are very few govt posts for this field. In private, it's a profitable profession in metro cities if you could run a clinic on your own.
I have been chosen through the councelling process. A written test called AP EAPCET is carried out , through which the merit students would be chosen based on their rank and reservation category. Admission is also done through NEET exam in the form of VCA national councelling, and that too is based on merit.
