Overally medical college life is fun and full of amazing experiences

What I Liked

Campus Life , hostel Life , sports events organised by the union
Annual fests , infrastructure, and group events

What I didn’t like

Too strict academics than any other medical College in state
I personally don't like the Food here 😝😝

Placement Experience:

There is compulsory internship inthe VIMSAR hospital itself like all other colleges of odisha. And the salary is 42k. After internship u have option to join any hospital or join pg courses. Salary of a doctor varies Google may answer this????.

Internships Opportunities:

The college itself provides compulsory internship in the hospital itself. The internship duration is of 1 complete year. You have to complete internship in all the departments of the hospital within that year. The monthly salary is currently 40000 , which is the highest paid by any government in the country.

Review of our VIMSAR college

What I Liked

I loved this collage Infrastructure is old Campus life is overall good
This is Autonomous collage so rule and regulation are good

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is old Faculty are good Campus life is not very good
But overall campus life is good you area around campus is not very developed

Placement Experience:

For placement eligibility criteria is MBBS should be completed I am currently persuing MBBS so no job offer available Maximum to min package is depend on many criteria I think every MBBS student get their job

Internships Opportunities:

Stipend money is given during internship it's about 45000 Internship is 1 year program in hospital Task is to Practice in medical field We can do internship in any hospital I didn't opted intership till date but I also opted to internships after final year of MBBS

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT VIMSAR

What I Liked

infrastructure : VIMSAR has a very good infrastructure, similar to top ranked government medical colleges
Faculty : faculties are highly qualified with qualifications like MD, MS, SS, Phd etc.

What I didn’t like

Campus Life : Campus life is average due to little bit of language problem
hostel facilities, as hostel building and rooms are old and need renovations

Placement Experience:

Being in government medical college you need not to worry for placement. after completing 4.5 years of MBBS you will have to do a paid internship of 42075( which is highest paid internship in whole india), then you can opt to do JRship or study for PG
