ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad - Honest Review

What I Liked

Well experienced and supportive faculties
Well maintained and well equipped labs and diagnosis services

What I didn’t like

Small Campus for organizing the inter college events
Unavailability of the hostels in the campus for the first 3 years

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are in the form of bonds for 1 year in the ESIC model hospitals across the country. The students have to mandatorily serve the bond for 1 year or otherwise they are supposed to pay a fine amount of 5 lakh

Remarks:

For addmission in this college the students need to first be having a senior secondary school certificate available and must have qualified the NEET examination after which the allotment is done by the counselling committee based on the ranks obtained by the student in NEET. Their are no kind of discussions or interviews or written examinations after the college is being alloted by the counselling authority that is mainly done online.

All you need to know about ESIC Faridabad

What I Liked

Infrastructure is good and seniors are quite friendly.
Well qualified and supportive faculties.

What I didn’t like

College campus is quite small and don’t have enough space to conduct any inter college fest.
Sports and cultural activities are not taken that much seriously.

Placement Experience:

After completion of MBBS there is a service bond of 1 year. There is an average salary of 1 lac per month in the bond duration. You have to complete the bond after MBBS Or you have to pay 5 lac to the concerned authorities

Remarks:

Good aspects:- 1.Academic excellence 2. Supportive faculties and seniors Bad aspects:- 1. Hostel allotment issues 2. Small campus , not having enough space to conduct any fest or any inter-college events.

What I Liked

Modern technology and experiences faculty
Modern infrastructure with all the basic facilities

What I didn’t like

Hostel is outside campus which causes inconvenience

Placement Experience:

No as such placement in medical colleges There is actually internship of 6 months giving 26k stipend and 1 year bond in any of the ESIC's of the country and 1.15 lakh stipend for that

Remarks:

hostel for 2021 onwards batches is allocated outside the college campus but buses are arranged by the college You need to give NEET and score a good rank around 2k to get admission under general catagory.there is an other IP catagory for which there is 15 percent reservation and rank cut off is 6-7k.The documents should be made ready like neet scorecard, ip certificate (if applicable), 10nth and 12th marksheet,affadavits issued on students name, character certificate by the school

All you need to know about ESIC medical college and Hospital, Faridabad

What I Liked

Infra is good and also seniors are quite friendly
faculty is highly skilled and cooperative in nature

What I didn’t like

Hostel for 1st year is outside college campus which is a pain
there is no big ground for sports and also sports facilities are not well appreciated

Placement Experience:

In ESIcs we have a bond tenure of 1 year which we have to serve that is only campus placement we get from college. But you can always apply for jobs or can setup your own clinic after copleting the degree.

Remarks:

Neet is only exam through which you get this college also cut offs are very high for this college. Admission process is done via online counselling done MCC and state authorities in this case it is Haryana sate authorities.

Most genuine review for ESIC faridabad medical college

What I Liked

About college i like almost everything. We have a good building. And a large hospital just beside it. An emergency ward is present in a seperate building for easy access. Hospital is well maintained and cleaned. Eveyrhing is soo good
Faculty We have most amazing faculty. If anyone seriously wants to study then its the right place. Faculty is so experienced and they focus on practical knowledge instead of just theory mugging. We are provided cadavers for pracital anatomy knowledge. 1 cadaver per 25 students which is seriously a very good thing.

What I didn’t like

Campus life We are placed at NHPC colony in the first year to avoid ragging. But even now when our second year is going to be completed we are still kept there. we are not provided hostel in the college campus which is a very bad thing according to me
Faculty Inspite of having a good faculty some are literally very bad. If you just proved them wrong I ven one time whether u are correct or not they will revenge it by giving you low marks and due toh this you can also fail in finals and in worst your degree is being cancelled

Placement Experience:

After completing your UG you will be placed for interships and you will be paid for that. In haryana our college provide more money than any other govt college. So during this and during UG course you can prepare for PG NEXT exam to get a PG seat

Remarks:

I had give the NEET exam in 2022 and scored 550 marks and due to SC category i got enrolled in this college. Firstlly i got in PGI rohtak college but due to a heavy bond amount of 50 lac and a duration of 7 years at that time i preffered to upgrade my college to ESIC faridabad

Esic faridabd a good choice for mbbs

What I Liked

College infrastructure is aweasome facilities are also aweasome
Campus life is very good and many opportunities are available

What I didn’t like

Campus is very small and has no cafeteria
Campus life is good but there is very small campus

Placement Experience:

There is internship of 12 months in which esic faridabad provides stipend of 31000 per month which is higher than any state medical college of any state and 14 months of bond service after completion of mbbs

Remarks:

I got esic faridabad through neet exam i scored very good marks in neet exam than i get it this college is Haryana top medical college and it is located in city so these factors help to choose this college

What I Liked

College have good infrastructure and AC facilities
College have library halls and spacious lecture halls

What I didn’t like

Washrooms are very unclean and dirty sometimes
College campus is quite small and have small gardens

Placement Experience:

After doing mbbs college provides a one-year internship program that enables students to experience what are the problems that they have to tackle in the real world. Students can open their clinics and go for government jobs.

Remarks:

The college has good connectivity with Delhi so it is easy to take offline coaching for further studies. Colleges organize various teaching methods like group discussions, weekly tests, and annual examinations.

Pros and Cons of ESIC,Faridabad

What I Liked

The infrastructure of our college is the highlight of the college.
Faculty is well trained and is always ready to help whenever required.

What I didn’t like

Fests and other cultural activities in our college are not taken that seriously.
Hostel allotment issues can be faces initially.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The doctor is a noble profession that requires pure dedication and hard work along with an empathetic personality. Helping others in their worst phases is the best you can do for that particular individual and this is the reason I chose this particular course. The teachers of our college and qualified doctors themselves and are dedicated to their job. My college falls under PGI University and follows the curriculum provided by the university. Part completion tests, terminals, setups, and proffs are the examinations that are held in our college. Fees is constant that is 125000 per year and for IP students it is around 40,000.

Remarks:

ESIC, Faridabad is ranked 1st among all the colleges of Haryana for MBBS. This college provides you with a great infrastructure and a passionate faculty. Academically, our college is one of the best colleges in India. ESIC, Faridabad also facilitates you with further PG and SS courses. Admission to this college is done based on the marks scored in NEET. ESIC stands for Employees State Insurance Corporation, and a particular number of seats are reserved for IP students that is for the students who fall under the IP category.

ESIC MCH Faridabad MY PERSPECTIVE

What I Liked

Faculty is generally nice and very helpful.
Infrastructure is really good compared to other prominent colleges in the country.(Fully air conditioned academic block and hospital).

What I didn’t like

Campus Life is very dull, mainly due the facted that we have not been alloted hostels in campus.
The 2023 batch had not been provided hostels for a very long time. Even currently(till late aril of 2024) only a few girls have been provided hostels and those are also out of campus.

Placement Experience:

There is no form of campus placement in any medical College in the country. As it is, in reality, the job opportunities are plenty but not very financially satisfying if we go for a job just after the MBBS. Doing PG And many times super specialisation has become the norm if we want any kind of decent paycheck.

Remarks:

I chose this college mainly because it is considered to be the best college among all the other ESICs in India. Infrastructure is nice compared to even the other prominent colleges in the country like AIIMS and JIPMER.

What I Liked

Infrastructure is modern-looking and clean
Handsome amount of stipend during internship and bond year

What I didn’t like

Campus life isn’t constantly exciting as not enough fests take place
Difficult process to get hostel room allotments

Chose MBBS to eventually become a psychiatrist Extremely qualified and skilled faculty with current NMC-based curriculum Standard level university final exams Lowest bond duration and fees in the entire state

Proximity to my home in Faridabad New college with more upgraded healthcare technology Admission via NEET-UG entrance No group discussion / interview / written tests took place, admission was via ranking
