What I Liked

First let me talk about the college campus and infrastructure, the college campus and infrastructure is very good and there is greenery. The class rooms are also good, there is also good arrangement of fans and lights.Smart board facility is also available in the class room. Playground, Indore Stadium is also available for playing and gym is also available in the college campus itself.
After that I will talk about academics, academics are very good, teachers are also very good and highly qualified, maximum teachers are PhD holders. After that let's talk about the library, the library is very big, more than 50000 books are available, and there are separate reading rooms for boys and girls in the library.There is also a canteen facility in the college, and very healthy food is available.

What I didn’t like

Our college is good, but there are some bad things too, like the boys hostel is directly attached to the classroom and the seat capacity and single room facility is less. That is why there is a need for a new boys hostel, where there are enough seats.
And our college should have generator facility, otherwise if the power goes off during the class then the smart board gets switched off.Apart from that, ALO should also be done at Indore Stadium at night to practice sports.

Placement Experience:

The ratio of placement and job is very poor, this is a college of general degree course, so after passing B.Sc., B.Sc. one does not get a job directly, in future one has to do Masters degree, PhD.But data from the last three/four year revealed that students did get jobs in SBI and some other organization, but the percentage was very low.That is why most of the students after completing normal graduation take admission in courses like Masters and BEd, Deled.And my plan in future is to do Masters from IIT or IISER, after that I want to do PhD.

Remarks:

Our college is one of the best college in Kamrup rural district. After class 12, I chose a general degree, so I heard the name of this college and took admission. There is no group interview etc. for admission here. Admissions are done through two processes, one is on the basis of class 12 marks and the other is on the basis of CUET exam.Minimum 60% is required in class 12 for admission in our college.And CUET has its own criteria. Overall it is a good college for general degree courses BSC, BA.

My point of view on college

What I Liked

I like botanical garden in my college. It brings me a lot of peace

What I didn’t like

The only thing that I dislike about the college is bathroom facilities

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement is offerd after completing the course in the college I have some own plans . My plans after completing the course are to clear any of the govt. Exam mentioned bellow- ISS, RRB or APSC

Remarks:

This college is situated in the center of the small town called Baihata chariali. Moreover it is just one kilometere far from my house . I have heard about this college from my freinds when I was enrolling my 12th standard. They told me that the teachers of the college is very freindly and the the college has more than 20 depertments. There is a very joyful environment inside the campus
