The placements are less because the college is started only in 2017.But the placement cell is active and the companies comes to college but the percentage of students placed is less. Sjcl is developing compared to previous years.
Yes, I have opted for a internship where the college will give the opportunities to work in companies that have been expertised in litigation and corporates. I have also done internship in Kamal&Co which is a best law firm in bengaluru.

Doing my internship in my home town where they take me to the courts and show the courts proceedings. They also explains the process of each cases and give me small works to do in the firm. My internship is from 10-5P.M.
Read Full ReviewThe placements of sjcl are not much talked about. The employability plans after the course includes plans like interning under a lawyer or applying at law firms. Having additional skills give a boost in the resume and helps in getting better packages by the applied firms.
The internships are compulsory and shld be done for 4 weeks every year. The college provides with a list of places to intern at makes it easy for the students to opt from these. Aprt from these places students can also intern at places of their own by getting an approval by the college.

In our college it is compulsory for us to do an internship for 21 days every year under the Karnataka state law university criteria. The first year should be under an NGO Second year under the court Third year under a firm 4th and 5th year according to your wish.
