SIBM Nagpur the next sibm pune

What I Liked

Sibm dome- this is where you can chill with your friends at the night have noodles and play games like badminton uno
Second I would say is sports complex where we can play more than 10+ sports

What I didn’t like

Cricket ground is not maintained it is only maintained once a year
The timings are really strict for coming inside the college

Placement Experience:

eligibility criteria for placement is 60 percent minimum in 10-12- graduation you have to apply for the company which comes and after full filling the eligibility criteria you are required to attend group exercise and personal interviews

Remarks:

Good is the college faculty environment and curriculum yes i had yes ge pi was there after the students eere shortlisted from snap exam results Competition was really tough this year so the coming batch would really have to work hard to get a place

What I Liked

Campus and also the academics and focus on placement activities
The curriculum that provides vast knowledge of current trends in the market and Practical implementation of the knowledge

What I didn’t like

There is nothing to dislike about the campus and overall SIBM NAGPUR

Placement Experience:

Placements are great in terms of companies and pay provided we get a lot of industry leading companies at campus for recruitment. Both final placement and Summer internship are going great also there are a lot of new industry leading companies coming and hiring from our campus.

Remarks:

Yes there is snap test and GEPI round but yes it was quite easy i gave all three SNAP test and also found that being a fairly new institute SIBM Nagpur is really doing a great job in terms of placements

What I Liked

College faculty are helpful towards and give personalised attention towards their growth and also guide them to improve where they need it most
Infrastructure- a very important thing which one need in an MBA college we have almost everything one can imagine to have for better learning right high-speed net, enormous library, high tech gym, sports complex

What I didn’t like

Timing can be improve a bit. We can't stay outside of campus for too long also we have to take permission even for going home
Food variety can be improved a little more the quality we have is good no doubt about it

Placement Experience:

Sibm is a known brand within and outside the country. Many excellent and big companies are tied with this brand, and the college's alum network is enormous. Many good companies visited the college for SIP ( Summer Internship Program) and FP (Final placement) for SIP this year: Volvo, Tata AIG, ZF, Fujitsu, Career Mantra, etc., and for Final placement, KPIT, Tata AIG, HCL etc. College placement cell helps the students to land at good companies. Also continuous improvement program is organized for the students to develop the skills and knowledge so that students can prepare themselves for the companies

Remarks:

For taking admission in SIBM I filled the SNAP form which cost me 1000rs after that I have to specifically apply for each college in which I want to take admission by paying 1000rs each then once result come if we clear the cut off of respective then we get call for Group discussion followed by WAT and PI. my GD experience was quite good it was panel of 6 members and we got the topic Role of AI in Management. After that in PI 2 of SIBM faculty took my interview and they really made me comfortable by ice-breaker questions I believe that me performed really good. After the interview within one month we get result of first merit list.

What I Liked

SIBM Nagpur has one of the most beautiful campuses in India.
The campus life is excellent here given all the facilities that are provided.

What I didn’t like

College management can improve a bit more.
Mess food can be improved with the help of students' suggestions.

Placement Experience:

Many renowned companies visit campus for summer internships and final placements. Companies like Mercedez, Volvo, Fujitsu, Amul, ICICI, HDFC, Schindler, TATA AIG, TATA TRENT, SBI, HCL TECH, ZARA, and many more are part of the list of companies that visit campus for placements.

Remarks:

This college is a newer campus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has a lot of scope for growth and attracting good companies for placements. Since its inception, the college has excelled in every aspect. The university conducts the SNAP (entrance exam) every year. You need to meet the minimum cut-off of 60-70 percentile to get a call for the GE-PI-WAT round. Writing ability test followed by group exercise and personal interview round are mainly based on your general awareness about the current and corporate news.

Blunt SIBM Nagpur Review.

What I Liked

The infrastructure is really beautiful with all the necessary facilities available on the campus. The Whole campus is under CCTV surveillance, and a lot of safety measures are followed.
Sports infrastructure and Library is also really good and well maintained.

What I didn’t like

The Mess food is good but could be better as compared to the high fee paid by each student.
The check-in and check-out process after 9 pm evening is really troublesome and unnecessary. As all the students are here to complete their Master's (with an average age of 24) some leniency should be given while leaving or coming to the campus after 9 pm.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria to sit in placement is a minimum of 6 CGPA for most companies with zero backlogs. A Few well-rounded recruiters who visited the campus are SBI, Grant Thorton, Deloitte, and Mercedes. Decent placement opportunities are provided by the college, but you need to work on your skills and domain knowledge to convert those opportunities.

Remarks:

SNAP entrance exam is mandatory for any Symbiosis College. SIBM Nagpur cutoff is around 60 percentile. Admission process includes VAT, GDPI and WAT. Whole admission process is conducted online, and you can prepare for these rounds from any GDPI preparation modules offered by various of coaching institutes. Talking about goods of the college 1st of all brand name plays an important part in building colleges reputation. Other than that, the campus is really beautiful. and library have good collection of books including non-academic books.
