JMI CDOE a branch of the Jamia Millia Islamia organization was established as a Central University with the Distance Education Council’s Assistance in 2002. The Centre for Distance and open learning offers diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, M.Phil, and PhD programs along with regular and online courses.
