What I Liked

Faculty - the faculty of GMC barmer is very supportive and hard working.
Infrastructure - the building have all necessary and modern design and features

What I didn’t like

Location - it is very far from city so hard to commute between city and college
less cultural activities also in negative point as very less events are organised in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery is a very long ( 5.5 years ) and big course having most numbers of subjects ( 19 subject ). There it take a lot of time dedication, patience and hard work to study . The number of faculty is not up to mark there are around 62% faculty post are empty , whereas only 38% are faculty only posted , but the study and learning is not compromised even with less faculty although there is more hard to make possible but all classes and clinical posting are taken time to time.

Internships Opportunities:

There is compulsory 1 year internship in all department of hospital in fixed weeks . rs 22,000 is intern stipend. and there is attendance record so we have to go to internship there is very holidays in between also stipend is paid late .

Government medical College barmer

What I Liked

The college's infrastructure is new and advanced with smart classes and ac rooms. Well equipped library with ac. Reading room with ac New hospital is under construction which will be finished this year.
Hostel facility is good and hostels are new and in good conditions.

What I didn’t like

Lack of practical practice and facilities .
Lack of teaching faculty 3rd year onwards.

Course Curriculum Overview:

No matter from which college you do your mbbs the curriculum will be same as per the state. Academics in this college is pretty decent in first year with good practical knowledge but we lake in resources for the effective practice such as we have only 1 cadever for the whole batch but if you really wanna learn you can make the most of it. We also donot have proper number of faculty from 3rd year onwards.

Placement Experience:

As in all mbbs college 1 year of internship is necessary in which you get stippned of 21000/month right now it will increase in coming years in internship you accuire clinical exposure and practice under supervision of senior doctors

Doctor babu ka review.

What I Liked

The students and seniors are very kind, friendly and helpful.
Faculties are very kind and friendly and are easily reachable.

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure is not complete and still under construction even after 5 years of this college being established.
There is sometimes shortage of water in the campus but not too often

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always loved biology and human anatomy and the lack of medical aids in my village inspired me to become a doctor and choose this course. The faculties are well qualified. Some have done their PhDs and postgraduate. The exams are held every 3 months and part completion test is after every topic is completed. The fee is 68000 with scholarships provided to those with reservations.

Placement Experience:

Everyone who clears the final year exams is provided with an internship program at the local government hospital. After the degree, you can easily get a job in hospitals with an average package of 9 lakhs per year and the percentage of landing a job with this degree is very high.

College review

What I Liked

The environment is good. The library is easily accessible 24/7. The lecture theatres are air conditioned.
Infrastructure is still under construction but it seems like it will look good in the future.

What I didn’t like

Most of the college buildings are still under construction and there is shortage of water at times although it's not that frequent.
The college also lacks sports facilities and the campus overall is not that clean.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The structure and functioning of the human body have always been of interest to me and my parents have encouraged me to pursue this path I'm glad I chose this course. Faculties are well qualified. Many of them have completed their post-graduation and are very friendly. They are very motivating, helpful, and kind. We get exams every 3 months and after completion of every topic we're given a part completion test. The cost of studying is very high and scholarships are only provided to those with some sort of reservation quota.

Remarks:

The college is in the same state as my hometown and having many known people already studying in the college made me choose it. The college has very good faculties and atmosphere which promotes a healthy student life. The student-to-faculty ratio is good and we're provided with practical knowledge of almost every subject.

What I Liked

Campus Life here is the best way to live your college life
Sports activities here makes me feel proud of this college

What I didn’t like

It is outside the city so we have to travel all the way to city for some things
If the infrastructure development becomes fast,it is easy to live here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to become a doctor. And I fulfilled my dream by cracking NEET 2021. The faculties here are well educated and qualified from one of the best colleges. They are helpful and make my journey even more interesting

Placement Experience:

As it is MBBS, placements, and jobs are easy to get after passing out. This is the easiest way to get a job in my opinion. I feel my future is secure from the second I entered this college
