What I Liked

Faculty - the faculty of GMC barmer is very supportive and hard working.
Infrastructure - the building have all necessary and modern design and features

What I didn’t like

Location - it is very far from city so hard to commute between city and college
less cultural activities also in negative point as very less events are organised in college

Internships Opportunities:

There is compulsory 1 year internship in all department of hospital in fixed weeks . rs 22,000 is intern stipend. and there is attendance record so we have to go to internship there is very holidays in between also stipend is paid late .

Government medical College barmer

What I Liked

The college's infrastructure is new and advanced with smart classes and ac rooms. Well equipped library with ac. Reading room with ac New hospital is under construction which will be finished this year.
Hostel facility is good and hostels are new and in good conditions.

What I didn’t like

Lack of practical practice and facilities .
Lack of teaching faculty 3rd year onwards.

Placement Experience:

As in all mbbs college 1 year of internship is necessary in which you get stippned of 21000/month right now it will increase in coming years in internship you accuire clinical exposure and practice under supervision of senior doctors

Internships Opportunities:

As in other colleges in mbbs 1 year internship in 5th year in necessary in which you get a stipend of approx rs 21000/month at present which will increase in coming years. Here you accuire clinical exposure and practice under supervision of senior doctors.

Doctor babu ka review.

What I Liked

The students and seniors are very kind, friendly and helpful.
Faculties are very kind and friendly and are easily reachable.

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure is not complete and still under construction even after 5 years of this college being established.
There is sometimes shortage of water in the campus but not too often

Placement Experience:

Everyone who clears the final year exams is provided with an internship program at the local government hospital. After the degree, you can easily get a job in hospitals with an average package of 9 lakhs per year and the percentage of landing a job with this degree is very high.

Internships Opportunities:

I have not opted for any internship programs yet. However after the completion of my final year, I am required to join the internship program provided by the college itself in the local government hospital.

GMC BARMER: MY DREAM COLLEGE

What I Liked

Campus Life here is the best way to live your college life
Sports activities here makes me feel proud of this college

What I didn’t like

It is outside the city so we have to travel all the way to city for some things
If the infrastructure development becomes fast,it is easy to live here

Placement Experience:

As it is MBBS, placements, and jobs are easy to get after passing out. This is the easiest way to get a job in my opinion. I feel my future is secure from the second I entered this college

Internships Opportunities:

As it is a professional course, an internship is attached along with the course after the completion of 4.5 years, 1-year internship is compulsory for every student in any renowned government medical College
