Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur is the first Private Medical University in Rajasthan established in 2011 by an act of the State Legislature and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). Also known as MGUMST, the university offers many courses like MBBS, B.Sc, BDS, BPT, BOT, Nursing, and Health Informatics Courses at the undergraduate level along with MD, MS, M.Sc, MDS, MPT, MOT, and MHA courses at the postgraduate level. Apart from these, it also offers fellowship programs, certificate courses, super specialty courses, M.Phil, and Ph.D. programs. Admission to most of the courses is done on the basis of NEET entrance exam scores.

MGUMST Jaipur has 5 constituent colleges under its name ie, Dental College, Medical College, Physiotherapy College, Occupational Therapy College, and Nursing College. MGUMST offers MBBS at the undergraduate level with a total intake of 250 students. The course fee for admission to MBBS is INR 15 Lakhs per academic year.
