To apply for AIIMS Paramedical Exam 2024, you can go to the AIIMS' official website. The registration process consists of 4 stages, basic registration, uploading documents, code generation and final registration.
Step 1 - Basic Registration
- Go to the official website.
- Click on ‘Proceed to Basic Registration Form’
- Then, click on ‘New basic registration’
- Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Proceed’
- Enter the asked details and click on the declaration checkbox.
- Click on ‘Generate registration ID and password'
- Registration ID and password will be sent to registered email address and phone number
Step 2 - Uploading of images
- Log in using your registration credentials.

Step 4 - Generation of code

After the announcement of the results, candidates will be asked to appear for the AIIMS Paramedical Counseling 2024. They will have the opportunity to exercise web options (choice-filling and option locking) on the official website.
After AIIMS Paramedical Counseling 2024, candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required to report in person at the allotted college/institute with original documents and a Demand Draft of INR 1 Lakh.

AIIMS Paramedical 2024 Counselling Registration
An applicant may accept or decline a seat at AIIMS Paramedical Counselling.
- Acceptance of Allocated Seat - If a candidate accepts the seat allotted to him during the AIIMS BSc Paramedic counselling process, he will not be eligible for the next round.
- Participating in the Second Round - Candidates can retain their seat in the first round of AIIMS Paramedical Counseling process and can also explore various colleges in the next round.
- Rejection of allotted seat and withdrawal from subsequent rounds - A candidate may have the right to reject the seat allotted to him in the first round of the AIIMS Paramedical Counseling process and withdraw from the seat allocation procedure altogether.
- Rejection of allotted seat with intention to participate in second round - Candidates can exercise the right to reject the seat allotted to them in the first round of AIIMS Paramedic Counseling process, but still have the option to seek college in the second round of counselling.
If seats remain vacant after the final open round, the authority will conduct a spot seat allocation round at the respective AIIMS separately. Selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination by the Board of their respective institutes. If they are found medically fit, they will be able to join the courses after depositing the requisite fee.
Candidates who are already pursuing a BSc course or equivalent (but have not completed it) will be considered; however, they will have to deposit Rs 1,00,000 as a security deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded back after depositing the original documents within 5 days.

Ans. If two or more candidates belonging to the same category secure equal marks in the AIIMS paramedical exam 2024, the tie will be resolved in order of preference as stated below.
- Candidates obtaining higher marks in Biology/Mathematics will be given preference.
- If the tie remains, candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry will secure a high place on the merit list.
- If the issue is still not resolved, candidates obtaining higher marks in Physics will be placed higher on the merit list.
- At last, the tie will be resolved considering the age of the candidate. Candidates older in age will be preferred first.
Ques. What if I fail to attend AIIMS Paramedical Counselling?
Ans. Applicants who do not show up for AIIMS Paramedical Counselling will be replaced by another applicant.
Ques. Can I change my choice in AIIMS Paramedical Counselling rounds?
Ans. Yes, Candidates will be allowed to change the institutions and subjects in all rounds. However, in the Final Open Round, any change of institution/or subject even within the institution will be allowed only after depositing the penalty amount in the form of a Demand Draft.
Ques. What if I fail to join my allotted seat?
Ans. In case, candidates do not join an allotted seat within the stipulated date, they will have to forfeit all their claims and the deposit fee will not be refunded.
Ques. What is the cut off marks for AIIMS paramedical exam?
Ans. AIIMS Paramedical 2024 cut off will be 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC and ST categories of students. The different AIIMS campuses wise cut off for BSc Paramedical course. Also, there are tie-breaking rules to determine merit, if two or more candidates achieve the same score in the exam.
