GCET 2025 or Goa Common Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted by DTE to offer admission to engineering, medical, and pharmacy courses in various colleges of Goa State. The entrance exam is conducted only for students belonging to the Goa state. Admission to various courses will now be based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main 2025/ NEET 2025 entrance exam. Candidates qualifying for the NEET 2025 will get admission to medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, and B.Sc Nursing courses. However, candidates qualifying for the JEE Main 2025 will be admitted to Engineering and pharmacy courses.
GCET 2025 examination will not be held, as admission to the engineering medical and pharmacy courses will be done based on the scores obtained in various national-level entrance examinations such as JEE Main, and NEET. Students can visit the official website of the respective conducting bodies to complete the application process.

Before applying for the GCET examination, candidates must check the GCET eligibility criteria. In general, candidates must have cleared 10+2 in the science stream or equivalent examination to be eligible to appear in the JEE Main 2025/ NEET 2025 examination.
