KEAM 2024 final answer key has been released on June 19, 2024. CEE Kerala has made changes to the answer key based on the candidates’ objections. You can go to the official website cee.kerala.gov.in to download KEAM answer key PDFs. If you had appeared for KEAM 2024 engineering and pharmacy exam between June 5 to June 10, 2024, you can use links here for KEAM answer key PDF free download.

• Earlier, KEAM Provisional Answer Key 2024 was released on June 11, 2024 on the official website. You can challenge KEAM answer key 2024 till June 15, 2024 (5 PM). 
• In case you are dissatisfied with any answer on the provisional sheet, you could challenge KEAM answer key by paying a fee of INR 100 per question through Demand Draft in favour of CEE.

Earlier, the last date to challenge KEAM answer key 2024 was June 13 till 05:00 PM. The challenge fee should be sent via post or hand delivered along with the supporting documents at CEE, Kerala office as those sent via email/fax will not be considered.

How to Download Official KEAM Answer Key 2024?

CEE will release KEAM 2024 answer key on the official website. To download the same, follow the given steps:

• Visit KEAM 2024 official website cee.kerala.gov.in
• Click on ‘KEAM 2024 Candidate Portal’ link from the notifications section
• Go to the “Answer Key” tab.
• Select the exam date and slot.
• The answer key will be displayed on the screen
• Download and use it to calculate your probable KEAM scores. 

Steps to Challenge KEAM Answer Key 2024

The conducting authority provides the provision of challenging KEAM provisional answer key 2024. You can choose this option, if you are not satisfied with one or more answers provided in the sheet. However, this can be done only during the answer key challenge window provided. Post that no objections will be entertained. 

Follow the steps below to challenge KEAM answer key 2024: 

• The objections have to be sent by post or hand/in person to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala along with supporting documents and written explanation of the issue. 
• Along with this, you have to attach a demand draft (INR 100 per objection) in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Thiruvananthapuram within the stipulated time.
• Objections sent via Email and fax will not be considered. 
• Post this, all the objections/challenges received will be reviewed by a panel of experts selected by CEE. In case, any objection raised is found to be genuine, the money will be refunded for that particular question and the final answer key will be prepared. 
• Final KEAM answer key will be released along with KEAM results 2024 on the official website. 
• No challenges can be made to the final answer key released. 

Calculate Score using KEAM Answer Key 2024

Once you’ve downloaded the answer key, you can use it to calculate your probable scores in the exam. 

• Compare your responses to those mentioned on the answer key sheet. 
• Note down the number of correct and incorrect responses. 
• Check KEAM marking scheme 2024: +4 for every correct answer and –1 for every wrong answer
• Finally, calculate using the formula below: 

Total Marks = 4 x (total number of correct responses) – 1 x (total number of incorrect responses) 

Note: The marks you obtain will only be probable scores and not final as changes to the provisional answer key can occur after reviewing the challenges raised. 

What after KEAM Answer Key 2024?

The following events will take place after KEAM answer key is released: 

Release of KEAM Result and Rank List 

KEAM result 2024 will be based on the final answer key released. Along with it, CEE will release KEAM rank list 2024. For rank allocation, equal weightage will be given to both scores in KEAM 2024 (normalised score out of 600 marks indexed to 300) and qualifying examination scores (standardised score out of 300). 

Release of Qualifying Cut Off and KEAM Counselling 

KEAM qualifying cut off will be in the form of opening and closing ranks (OR-CR). If you clear KEAM 2024 by scoring equal to or more than the qualifying cut off, you will become eligible for KEAM counselling required for admissions to the participating colleges. Seats will be allotted to you based on your merit, preference and availability of seats.
