Eligibility Criteria For FPM Admission

To be considered for FPM Admission, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:-

  • BE/B.Tech degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and 2+ years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and post-graduation (MBA/Master's) with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
  • Integrated master's degree of 4/5 years with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
  • Professional qualification like CA, ICWA, or CS with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).

Admission Process for FPM

The step-by-step admission process is outlined below:-

  • Appear in the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) on January 5, 2025.
  • Submit scores from UGC-JRF/NET, GMAT, GRE, or GATE.
  • Hold a 2-year full-time PGDM/MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview at the XLRI campus.
  • Final selection will be based on a merit-based shortlisting and personal interview.

Fellowship and Benefits for FPM Scholars

  • Fellowship: Rs. 45,000/month (1st-2nd year) and Rs. 50,000/month (3rd-4th year)
  • Contingency Grant: Rs. 30,000 per annum for four years

  • Data Collection Grant: Up to Rs. 50,000 for data collection
