Indian Institute of Management Shillong is inviting applications for the Post Graduate Program for Working Executives (PGPWE) for session 2025-27. The application fee is INR 3000. The last date to apply for the program is Jan 24, 2025. IIM Shillong will conduct a written eligibility test for admission – the Working Executive Management Aptitude Test (WE-MAT). The Program Commencement Date is May 26, 2025.

IIM Shillong Eligibility Criteria

  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience after graduation, as of 30th April 2025.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline, recognized by the relevant authorities.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in the qualifying degree. (Relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Differently Abled (DA) categories.)

IIM Shillong Selection Criteria

The admission process for MBA-WE (2025-27) will involve the following steps:

  • Filling of the application form by interested candidates
  • The candidates not having valid CAT/GMAT score as above will need to appear for WE-MAT
  • Shortlisting of applicants for the Interview Process. The applicants will be informed about this process, once they are shortlisted for the process.
  • Conduct of Interview Process, which will be held online mode
  • Declaration of successful and wait-listed candidates.
