Faculties are very helpful, they in depth knowledge of their subjects and are available outside classes also. Different teachers have different teaching styles but every teacher try to keep the classes as interactive as possible.

The Course Curriculum there is a Total of 6 terms in 2 years. 3 terms in a year and the duration of each term is 3 months. Qualification of the faculty - Almost every faculty did the p.hd in their respective course at top institutes, and you can meet up with any factually for any working hours, The College does' n't provide any scholarships some gov. sch you can get it.

The course curriculum includes subjects from all fields like marketing, finance, human resources, operations, etc. The approach is mixed of theory and case studies. The faculties are qualified as all faculties have completed PhD. The exams are conducted regularly in form of quiz and mid and end term exam. The difficulty is moderate. The fees is increased each year by the institute by around 10-15%.

Overall the curriculum is very well formed. The first-year students are taught every aspect of a business from HR to Finance so that they understand the basics. Then in the second year, they can choose their area of specialization of their interests.

lovely hiring late in 2022 and 2023. strong marketing faculties. good location of campus situated in hills. north preference for college so ended up with this. had calls from other iims as well. overall good expense.

As a student at IIM Sirmaur, I am very happy with the education I am getting here. The subjects and course material we study are up-to-date, thorough, and relevant to the current business world. We learn core management concepts as well as new topics like data analytics, fintech, and digital marketing. The teaching quality is excellent. The professors have deep knowledge and experience, both from academics and the industry. They are able to explain even complex ideas in a simple way that students can understand. While they are highly qualified, the faculty is also approachable and willing to guide students one-on-one. At IIM Sirmaur, we don't just study from textbooks but learn by applying concepts to real business cases and live projects. We get opportunities for internships and international exposure too. The institute also arranges meetings with industry experts frequently to update our practical knowledge.

The curriculum was the same as all other IIMs with options of choosing majors and minors (5 electives for major, and 3 electives for minor in the 4th, 5th, and 6th terms respectively). The overall academics were very hectic with lots of assignments, frequent tests, and scoring on class participation. Since a large percentage of the faculty members were guest lecturers, the teaching experience was a very diverse one. The exams were mostly application-based with real-life HBS case studies to be solved within a limited time. After each subject's exam, we had to give feedback to the faculty member and overall course.
