  • Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 60% marks.
  • Five years integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks.
  • Professional qualification (CA, CMA, CS) recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU with at least 60% marks.
  • 4 years / 8-semester Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience after graduation.

Selection Process For IIM Kashipur Exec-PhD Programme

The selection process for IIM Kashipur's Exec-PhD programme involves shortlisting candidates based on their academic eligibility, test scores, and personal interviews.

  • Candidates are shortlisted based on their academic eligibility and test scores.
  • Acceptable test scores include GMAT, GRE, CAT, GATE, UGC/CSIR-JRF, and IIMB Test.
  • Shortlisted candidates are called for a PI, which assesses their academic preparation and consistency.
  • Candidates must meet the minimum performance requirements in PI parameters.
  • The final selection is based on the requirements of the academic area and an area-wise offer list.
  • Category-wise and academic area-wise merit lists are generated, and provisional admission offers are made.
