KEAM 2023 Counselling registration has been started by CEE, Kerala on 20th July 2023. The last date of option registration is 26th July 2023. KEAM Counselling will be conducted in online mode. CEE has also released the category list. Candidates can check the KEAM category list on the official website.

Candidates who have qualified for KEAM 2023 and have been shortlisted in the KEAM rank list 2023 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process on the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in. KEAM counselling process contains registration, choice filling, and seat allotment. Candidates without access to Internet facilities can make use of the free facilities provided by the government at various centres across the state. Facilitation Centres (FC) will be opened throughout the state to assist candidates with registering.

The allotted candidates must pay the prescribed fee and report to the allotted college for document verification. In order to be eligible for counselling, candidates must be. Seats are allocated based on the KEAM rank list, candidate options, and available seats.

KEAM 2023 Counselling Process

Candidates can follow the steps below to know the KEAM Counselling process:

Step 1: KEAM 2023 Counselling Registration- In the initial step of KEAM 2023 counselling, candidates need to register using their application number and password.

Step 2: Choice Entry- After registration, candidates must log in to the KEAM candidate portal to fill in their choices. Candidates can select their preferred choices from the list, and they also have the flexibility to edit, rearrange, or delete choices.

Step 3: Review and Printout- After submitting their preferred choices of courses and colleges, candidates should review all the entered choices and take a printout for reference.

Step 4: Trial Seat Allotment- CEE will conduct a Trial KEAM seat allotment 2023 before the closure of the option entry during the 1st round of allotment. 

Step 5: KEAM Seat Allotment- After the choice-filling process is completed, the authorities will announce the KEAM seat allotment result 2023 on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can check their allotment status using their application number and password.

KEAM 2023 Counselling: Required Documents

Candidates must prepare their documents for KEAM 2023 Counselling. The list of required documents is given below:

• Allotment memo issued by CEE.
• Fee Receipt issued by the bank.
• KEAM 2023 admit card.
• KEAM 2023 result.
• Proof of Date of Birth.
• 10+2 Standard Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate from last attended institute.
• Conduct Certificate from last attended institutes.
• Eligibility Certificate ( by applicants who have passed qualifying examination other than one conducted by CEE).
• Migration Certificate (if applicable).
• Physical Fitness Certificate.
• Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.
• Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application.
• Fee/ balance fee of the course should be paid at the time of admission.
