To register for the KEAM 2023 Engineering Counselling Process, candidates can visit the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. The counseling process involves steps such as registration, choice filling, and seat allotment based on rank, candidate preferences, and seat availability.
KEAM 2023 exam took place on 17th May 2023, and candidates who receive seat allotments must pay the required fee to the allotted college.

Step 1 - Registration for KEAM 2023 counseling
For registration candidates must follow the below steps:
- Candidates first visit the official website - https://cee.kerala.gov.in/
- Now you can log in using your application number and password
- After entering the option Registration will open on the screen
- Enter the key number (16-digit alphanumeric code) and password
Step 2 - College and Course Selection
After registration candidates can select the colleges and courses:
- A list of colleges and courses will be displayed on the screen
- Now candidates can select their preferences
- After that, you can save your choices
Step 3 - Filter the Choices
- Now candidates will get the option to filter their choices means this is the last chance to add or remove choices.
- After filtering the choices candidates can save them and exit
Step 4 - Final Allotment List of KEAM 2023
- After the choice-filling process, CEE will release the final KEAM allotment list. Candidates can check the same on the official website of the exam.
- Candidates must take a printout of the first allotment list which shows the details such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, details of Fee to be paid, etc.
- After this candidates will have to make the payment of the allotment acceptance fee
Step 5 - Reporting to the Allotted Colleges
- After paying the fees candidates will have to report at the allotted college
- Candidates will have to present all the scanned copy of the required documents and admission fees in order to complete the admission process

After the allocation of seats candidates need to report to the allotted college with the required documents for verification. Required documents are listed below:
- KEAM Admit card of the candidates
- Candidate’s Birth certificate
- Transfer the certificate of the candidate from the last institution
- High school and intermediate mark sheets of the candidate
- Candidate’s Eligibility certificate from the University of Kerala
