CUET Answer Key Delayed? NTA Stays Mum

The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted CUET UG 2024 from May 15 to May 31. CUET UG results are expected to be released on June 30, 2024. As of now, NTA has not released the CUET Provisional Answer Keys. The student community has been eagerly awaiting an official communication by the NTA regarding the release of CUET Provisional Answer Keys, but the NTA has so far stayed mum.
As per the CUET Answer Key release trends over the years, the answer key should have been released by now. This has raised the question if the CUET UG results will be postponed.
CUET Aspirants are further anxious due to the mismanagement of NEET 2024 and UGC NET. The education ministry has ordered the cancellation of UGC NET 2024 on June 19 due to events affecting the sanctity of the exam. Earlier, NEET was also ordered to be re-conducted due to controversy regarding the awarding of grace marks.

Will CUET UG be Affected?
Due to NTA being in a soup due to mismanagement in two major exams (NEET and UGC NET), CUET aspirants are wondering if there will be repercussions in CUET UG 2024. As of now, CUET UG is not affected by the issues surrounding other national exams but the delay in the release of answer keys is surely raising a few questions. Reconduct of May 15 Exams
Exams in Delhi centers and for a center in Kanpur were ordered to be re-conducted. The May 15th exams of CUET UG in Delhi centers faced unforeseen hurdles and were re-conducted on May 29. There were also cases of wrong question papers being distributed in Kanpur and NTA reconducted the exam.
Meghalaya and Nagaland University Exempted
NEHU and Nagaland University affiliated colleges are exempted from CUET due to mismanagement of the exam. Meghalaya’s CM appealed to the center for the students to be exempted from CUET for the academic year 2024-2025 and the request was granted.
Last-Minute Changes of Test Centres
CUET applicants have claimed that their test centers were changed at the last minute which led to further hassle on the day of CUET UG 2024. Students stated that all the communication lines for CUET UG were busy which led to a day of uncertainty.
