BHU UG Admission 2023 Registration process has been re-opened for all UG programs by Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Candidates who are willing to apply for the UG courses must fill out the online application form and submit the form by July 23, 2023. Registration for BHU UG Admission 2023 began on June 7 through the university's website - bhuonline.in.

Banaras Hindu University launched its registration portal for admission to UG courses following the announcement of CUET UG 2023 Result by NTA. Only qualified candidates of CUET 2023 are eligible for the registration process for BHU admission 2023

How to Apply for BHU UG Admission 2023?

Candidates can apply for BHU UG Admission 2023 by using the following steps:

  • Registration: 
    • Visit the official website of BHU - bhuonline.in.
    • Under the UG admission registration tab, select 'Click Here to Apply'.
    • Now, log in using the BHU UG login credentials.
    • Enter the email id and password.
    • Now, click on the "Submit" tab.
  • Application for Filling: 
    • In this section, the candidates should enter all the identity details without any mistakes.
    • Some of the details in the application form will be pre-populated from the details submitted during the registration.
    • Select the desired course.
    • Now, fill out all the personal details, academic details, address, and other details.
    • Review all filled details before clicking the "Final Submit" button.
    • Click on the "Final Submit" tab
  • Uploading of documents: 
    • In this section, the candidates should upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature as per the prescribed dimensions.
    • Click on "Upload Images" and upload the required documents in the given specification.
    • All the documents should be uploaded without fail to avoid the risk of the rejection of the BHU UG application form 2023.
  • Choice filling:
    • Fill up the BHU preference entries including the university preference, and program preference, and fill in other details such as language or ancillary subjects.
    • Ensure that the preference entry form is filled appropriately and saved and confirmed for submission.
  • Review and Submit: Before final submission, review the application form and ensure that all the information provided is correct. Make any necessary edits or modifications if required. Once satisfied, submit the application form.
  • Pay Application Fee: Proceed to pay the application fee as mentioned in the instructions. The fee can usually be paid online using various payment methods. General/ EWS/ OBC-NCL category needs to pay Rs 200 as an application fee and SC / ST / PWD category candidates need to pay Rs 100.

Required Documents for BHU UG Admission 2023

Candidates must be kept handy with the required documents to fill up the BHU UG admission form 2023. The required documents are listed below:

  • Candidate’s Scorecard of CUET (UG) 2023.
  • Candidate’s Marksheet of Class 10 or its equivalent certificate to ascertain the date of birth.
  • Candidate’s Marksheet of Class 12.
  • Candidate’s Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) and income certificate (SC/ST) issued by the appropriate authority, if applicable.
