For commerce subject, I know there is no GD or exam conducted. One who got a low percentage in 12th can be admission here just for the sake of completing your degree in a reputed college.
I chose this course for my reasons you can go with BMS if you want to do higher studies like a master's. It’s a good choice to go for BMS or you can go for BBA if you don’t want b.com. The faculty are good they are very helpful and there for you when you need them. In a year 4 exams are conducted 2 are internal and 2 are external with projects.
The internship concept is been out since this year which is 2024 and it is still in process I'm writing this there’s no update. The college is associated with the Intershala website from where they get you internships in your respective courses.
There are placement cells on campus which are available from the third year of your degree and the internship which is provided by the college to anyone who needs you simply have to register yourself and they will contact you They will get you an internship with Internshala which they are associated.
The annual fee for a bachelor in management studies is 54000, the additional fees are nil. They charge just for the admission form which is 200 or something and 20 for online payment. One can have a scholarship for people who belong to certain criteria they have which include SC/ST, OBC, any family person serving in any form of army, below a certain income etc.
The campus is small and there is no campus life exists there. The infrastructure is good they have all the facilities with a/c in every classroom. E-library, Library, Gymkhana with games like carrom, chess, air hockey, hand football, treadmill, dumble, proper equipment are available, canteen, cafeteria, seminar, 7-8 computer labs, etc. There are clubs like DLLE, nature club, sports club, media club and many more.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
