I was a accounting intern at a chartered accountant firm. Conducted TDS and TCS data entries, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with tax regulations. Performed balance sheet reconciliation and drafting, contributing to the preparation of comprehensiv financial reports. Efficiently managed Tally data entry to maintain organized and up- to-date financial records. Took charge of filing GST returns and ITR, guaranteeing adherence to GST regulations and deadline. The College offered internship as a volunteer at numerous non profit organization and help groups.
The eligibility criteria is minimum 55% marks in all the previous semesters. A few recruiters are Nestle, federal Bank, teleperformance, 24 ai, Wipro etc. The highest offer in my batch was 9 lpa and the average was 3 to 3.5 lpa. The percentage of students offered jobs based on the number of students applied would be 60%. I plan on working for one year to gain experience from corporate and then go for masters in business administration in marketing.
So I do not remember the exact amounts of distribution but being a general I paid around 25000 per year, for a 3 years course of b.com. There is a scholarship scheme for economically weaker students and low grades and is provided by an alumni club of the College and is operated by the alumni in the evening from 6 to 9 pm. And I'm not awar of the fee but I know that is a student wishes to drop the course even in the last semester they get a full refund of the amount they paid for the course till then.
"The live wire" is conducted every year in the month of March with bands performing and cultural activities. The library is well maintained with books and journals and with around 80 computers to access digital books and journals and conducting research. The classrooms have enough desk and benches as per student strength with projectors and sound systems. The College have their basketball team, volleyball team, badminton club, and football team with NSS and NCC. There are a lot of clubs for every department there is a club and each one have their own activities and outings in serving the society
Yes I was selected for the college boys hostel Stephen hall. You will get break fast which can be placed for lunch time as there is no lunch provided you will get evening tea and snack and dinner with a non veg item everyday, 4 days chicken 2 days egg and 1 day fish. The registration is online followed by an interview with the warden. The hostel is a lot more affordable compared to staying in pg or rent.
There is no placement cell in college, but i have planned for NORCET EXAM and NCLEX for job in foreign country and in the meantime i will join any private hospital which pay me good money and along with it i will prepare for NORCET

Job opportunities from our college is not quite good, but our college is renowned for their excellence in commerce so employability after completion of course is not a big issue especially for me, i personally would like to get involved in financial sectors
Since it's a college affiliated under NEHU, so there's only graduation course here. But if you want to do masters you have go to NEHU for that. Only then you will get a good placement. But I had friends in other departments they were given the opportunity to sit for placement interview but again the package isn't as high as someone would get after post graduation.
Placement opportunities were not directly available but many companies and institutions scouted our students through seminars and programmes for further job after the degree. The package differed from student to student and they were offered individually to them so it was hard to know the exact number.
80% placement is sure 100% sure 23k for the new minimum it is 4 to 5 lakh package which is amazing as a fresher and the PG rooms is also good idli do output percentage of students getting plus mint and criteria is from the website.
The Criteria differs from department to department .some of the visited recruiters are Sbi,cisco,Pnb etc. Hight is 14lpa and lowest is 4lpa The percentage of the students getting placements should be 80%and above. MA
Since I’m still under graduation , I don’t know much about the placements here. But my plans after my graduation is to persue MBA from a good university. But as I’ve heard from my seniors, the placements here are quite good and many of the students grab the placement opportunities that are offered here.
