I have a diploma in computer engineering after 10th and there are limited seats for the direct second years students, that was the main reason for choosing this college, as I consider the fight for seats in computers engineering seats currently that was another factor that made me consider this college.
The faculty is good but the principal of the college is so strict, that's why the college has become strict. You will have to maintain 75 above attendance and there are parent calls like you are in school or something overall it's a strict school, not a college.
There are no opportunities for internships from college you have to get it on your own, if you get lucky enough to get one they will not allow and the reason they give is attendance is mandatory to college.

There is a college hostel available but I have not opted for it I am in a private hostel it's a decent hostel with a mess and wifi and inverter at the cost of 3850 per month the food in the mess is not that good but the rooms are good.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
