- I like the events that happen in the college it just freshens up my stress for studies
Dislikes
- There is no campus as such in mangalore. It’s basically like 3 blocks of buildings.
Remarks :
It’s status of being in the top 10 colleges in India. For programs I would suggest college provide from college fund rather than taking it from students. My admission was merit based so I didn’t have much procedures
Course Curriculum Overview :
It was somewhat new for me, so I wanted to explore something new rather than going for a course everybody’s heard of. This course can go for two jobs but we can choose one only depending on the interests of the person. The professors that teach me have a minimum qualification of phd. Assistant professors minimum qualification is masters. Method of teaching is good
Internships Opportunities :
Our college does not provide university of choice, they provide the centres where we have to go but we can give preferences. We have 4 months externship that is outside mangalore. Here everyone gets Bangalore for 4 months. There is no stipend for externship. We have to pay money to the centre depending on their criteria. Then 6 months mangalore where we get stipend of about 1800 per month. Which will cut down depending on the leaves you take.
Placement Experience :
I actually do not know the eligibility criteria for placement. There are around 6 to 7 recruiters. Amplifone -60k I’m not sure about other companies. 94 % students do get placements I might probably go for masters
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wide fees I paid was 242000. In the first year only I had to 252000 where the caution deposit was 10k, application fees were about 600rs all other fees mentioned above were included in the tuition fees except for when you get supply haha. My admission was merit based not entrance based due to corona batch. Scholarships are there for only one individual during the course if she gets the highest cgpa.
Campus Life :
College day is conducted by the college where they distribute awards to the best student of excellence. Some other celebrative events are collaborated with Zoloft such as Diwali etc. our college as a total of about 2 libraries situated in lighthouse as well as bejai. We have access to books there from 9 am to 9 pm. But books from libraries cannot be taken home for ug students. Only pg students can access books with their id cards. Our college has sports but our sports head is pretty partial when it comes to mbbs. He gives more consideration to their batch. Apparently we do not have social groups or clubs in our college

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
