- I really like the fees structure of all the courses I think it is affordable to everyone
- I like the Faculty they are very experienced and knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- I don't like that they don't provide placements don't even have hostel.
- I don't like their fest it is very cheap.
Remarks :
DAV PG college is government college . Fees is affordable to all and also faculties are also very Good. The admission process is merit based on marks you score cuet up pg Exam. Also in remaining seats they take admission by previous class percentage means for Graduation by 12 th marks percentage and for masters degrees by Graduation marks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the Faculties of Maths department are very knowledgeable and Experienced. They have very good method of teaching. I think all departments faculties have good knowledge of their subject and they are so experienced.
Internships Opportunities :
No, DAV PG College does not provide any internship. We can only study our subject here and complete Graduation or Post Graduation. But if you want to study your subject they you can go with this college if you are preparing for any government exam then this is good college.
Placement Experience :
DAV College does not provide any Placements and Job opportunities. Also does not provide any internship. College only provide basic graduation and post graduation so if you are preparing for competitive exams you join this college .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 1459 in first year and 1459 in second year also. Course fee is same for all the students. Few is same for girls and boys . Course fee is same for OBC ,SC, ST candidates but scholarship will be provided to for reserve category students.
Campus Life :
DAV college helds a Yuva Fest every year which not as good but ok and every year yuva election is also conducted in college which is nice. Also NCC and NSS also available for College students they participate in many activities also DAV college has their own sports team. Although social life is Good but not so much it is ok ok. And college have a library where you can get your course related books it is not so good.
Hostel Facilities :
It does not have their own hostel mess anything but you can get so rooms and pg around the College which are good for students and also surrounded area is full of PG hostels restaurant so many coaching of competitive exams and skills are around the College.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
