There is no such tests or interview for admission. Admission process is carried on DTE website through cap rounds . Cutoff isn't high it is average and students who have above 70 or 80 percent in SSC or HSC they can try here .
Curriculum is designed by MSBTE and exams are also conducted by them . There are 2 unit tests and a semester exam . Faculties complete all the curriculum before the semester exam , practicals are also conducted and marks are given according students performance.
I have not opted for internship. Any interested student can try for internship. Project like web development app development are done in internships . Students get very useful experience from doing these projects.
Our college offers placement for the interested students. Being a polytechnic college many students don't opt for placement most apply for higher education. Many industries have tie-up with the college.
Fee structure is pretty affordable. I belong to Open category but I had opted for TFWS so the 70000 fee was downed to 8000 . And other categories also have fee weaver schemes. Sc st nt have less fee than open categories.
Campus is very nice . Mess, canteen , stationary shops everything is available within reach . Library is open 24 x 7 and all the books are available. 2 grounds for sports and all extra curricular activities are open for students .
Food quality of mess are average not too good . Hostel is also available. I don't know about hostel fees as I rented a room . Locality is nice . If you rent room , rent for room is 10000 per month and monthly mess costs something around 5000.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
