there was no meeting and disscution at my time when i took addmisssion as it was covid period in 2020, but went through a very neet process for addmission, as for now my departments cutoof is almost 87-86 percent in CBSE or SSC board examinations
the curriculum was given my the MSBTE, and they cover almost all the basic subject which are trending and all the engineers should have some basic knowlege about particular field, new schemes and subjects are introduce at every scheme change which keeps students updated , the teaching skills of our faculty is very effective they use traditional as well as new methods like presentations , live examples, and even seminars were aranged about few important things
yes we did an industrial training which was between my 2nd and 3rd year, they taught us reddit kernel many more related things to it, it was helpful and something i would appreciate for being a part of, every year different companies come to for industrial training, also we need to pay 2000-3000 rs extra for this facility and as it is a subject for 5th semester its quite compulsory to pay up
when i graduated from this college no placements cells or company came for job placements, as no companys came i dont know any thing , even after getting good percentage the clg dosent offer any placements for now
the year vise fees i paid for my course was around 70 thousand, 68 thousand to be exact per year and 600 rs exam fees for each semester, there are no other fees in the college else that this one, other categories have many diffrent fees like obc has 40-38 thousand per year , SC St has fees as low as 1000-2000 rs per year, other casts like NTA and NTD had around 7000-8000 fees per year.
many events a conducted in sinhagad college , like dj events , festive events, fun fairs ..... but the main events like sinhagad springfestival or sinhagad karandak are the best, in month of february mostly where student dont have any exams so that we can enjoy the events, also many groups like sinhagad students council is present to look into all the organizing here.
the food quality is okay , mess food are healthy and affordable like 80-60rs per plate, svcp even has there own canteen at the ground floor named rangoli cafe where rates for food is affordable , and in surrounding area there are more messes amd cafes which provide food in affordable range, hostels are also clean and very near the college
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
