- I mainly the people around the campus not even in campus, but the seniors of my course are too friendly and supportive.
- Teaching and lab staff are really great in my department. They are good and helpful.
- Library is really well maintained and there are numerous books according to your need
Dislikes
- There are some sanitation problems sometimes there is no water in washrooms. Due to that you can't wash hands.
- Some outsiders create indiscipline in the college as they are the locals of the area. They storm in the college rooms and sometimes misbehave with students.
Remarks :
We have to give a exam known as CUET-UG for all selection in all DU colleges. I got this college according to my preference list. It depends on your choice of your college and course which you prefer more. Simple as that.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In my college, our department is very well based and structured according to academics. Our professor are really great and knowledgeable. They take our classes regularly. The lab is really friendly and they help us in practical and other work related stuff too. Some profesors are little bit annoying but academically they are good.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It has decreased now but they fee structure is a very government type fee structure. No development fees and all just a course fees of around 15000. It has decreased a little this year but overall it a very minimal fees.
Campus Life :
Talking about campus life, we can divide it in two parts: students and area. Coming to the students, people are friendly and fun specially who are associated with societies. They handle students in the society with affection and fun. Now coming to area, it is a rural type and not much of a great area due to some outsiders who come inside the college premises and create indiscipline. Library is well maintained and there are soo many books which are suggested for our curriculum. Sports faculty is great as there are many players who have gone to national level in cricket. There are many societies for arts, drama, music and dance, etc. But college is little less supportibe to them regarding the funds.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
