- Campus life is full of fun,excitement,and adventure with your classmates.Your classmates are the only people that make the college days worst or best.
- The college infrastructure and faculty can be more better that it is now.
Dislikes
- The college management faculty and the procedures that make you follow whenever you need some paper work to be done.
- The infrastructure of college is not so good there are rooms way large but no students and then there rooms with leakage,bad smell and the furniture are broken.
Remarks :
The admission process is easy you just need to visit the college and fill out the admission papers with fees.That's all no need to give entrance,tests.The faculty will guide you through the college and the fee structure will be discussed.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is the worst part about my college that there aren't many faculty members and those who are teaching doesn't have any knowledge.There is absolutely no one that can solve your doubts and when we report or request for better faculty they never did anything.
Internships Opportunities :
I did internship at IME(International Maritime Exchange) as IT intern. The opportunity came to me through our HOD sir. The internship was unpaid so there was no stipend. The projects were of mainly web development and Digital marketing.
Placement Experience :
There's no such eligibility for internships or placements.You just need to sit for interview process. There are many recruiters Juniper,Asian,Homes Live India,American Express,IBM,OCWEN,Horiba,Cadbury,Eskay Movies,Canara Bank,WIPRO. Highest package is around Rs 18 lakh. The average package is aroubg 5 to 6 lpa. The percentage of students getting placements are around 70% to 80%. I'm thinking about masters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year fees was 75000 including registration , admission , uniform , medical , library and placement. The tution fee is aroung 48000 per year. After tution fees there will be additional 1800 per semester as Internal exams fee. There are not much scholarships but if you are belong to sc,st the the scholarships that government provides will be given to you.
Campus Life :
College fest happens during April we call it 'Rangreza' This is the best time you'll spend during your college days the most vibrant and colorful joyful days. The classrooms are huge and well furnished the library is full of books but now days very few students visit library. The college organizes many sports and extracurricular activities like quizzes,treasure hunt,Festival celebrations and many more like this. There is a club made by the director and registrar sir "Carrier Buddy Club"which is responsible for internship opportunities and placements of final or any year student for internships.
Hostel Facilities :
The mess food is worst,no hygiene, the quality is worst and the menu have variety of dishes but one can't eat regularly. The faculty at the admission cell during the time of admission will explain everything related to hostel.You just need to go to admission cell and talk to one of many faculty.Hostel fees is affordable 60k to 75k per year. For rented rooms there are many pgs avaliable in suddhowala you can see many boards hanging on the streets

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
